"Home or Out?"

Some people in our office think its strange that I don't go out to the pub at least once a week, or go 'clubbing' at all.

If asked, I'd say I much prefer a night in with a good film or some friends around than to go to a noisy nightclub. I don't mind pubs, but I prefer them during the day, going out with friends for lunch and being able to actually hold a conversation, rather than having to shout over some live band or piped through music and then have to do some sort of acrobatic dance just to get to the bar and get served.

Maybe it's me getting old (don't hand me that pipe and slippers just yet), but I don't really see the attraction in spending my nights out at pubs and clubs.

Does anyone else feel the same, or the exact opposite? How do you like to spend your evenings?

Really? Many shops allow me to buy alcohol and other stuff.

Hehe I must also have a face that bouncers and security don't trust: I always get patted down before I go into clubs and airports when my mates just walk past.

Fifteen, I'll be sixteen in a couple of months.

That's weird, I always thought of you as an adult.

Oooh does sound nice. We always seem to end up with pizza. :-/ Even when we went to Cafe Uno we got pizza when we were deliberately trying to avoid the usual meal!

Going down to Finchley later today, it's my friends birthday and we are going to eat Chinese buffet.

Life is good.

Bit difficult for me to get into nightclubs and pubs, being under age with a bit of a baby face :-P Only a few more months now though. I think I prefer going round a mate's house anyway. Went out last night to a mate's house, was awesomeness and I don't think I've ever been to a party at a house which hasn't been so. I remember one club I went to wasn't such greatness. There are more people at clubs though, but again that could be good or bad...

Do love having meals out with my mates though, we have such a laugh. :)
