What a wonderful little phone it is. Stunning.
It has a camera on it, but that's irrelevant as I have no-one to send MMS to. I did send a picture of my mum's dog to Phonebin.com though. Basically I just bought it cos I like the phone.
My mate has a dodgy Nokia. Can't remember the model. It apparently supports MMS but he says he can't send them. I sent him one, and he never received it. Like I said - dodgy Nokia. Rubbish colour screen, too.
My T610 is lovely and clear. Wouldn't buy a Nokia if they were the last phone on Earth. And judging by sales of the N-Gage, other people are wising up too.
Amazing. Well done, Sony.
My phone's better than yours.
Unless you own a P800 or P900, that is.
That's it, I'm done.
Thanks for the information though...a purchase looks imminent. :)

Of course not!

The screen on mine is pin-sharp, one of the best LCD displays I've seen.

Yes and no. It can be hard to see in bright sunshine, but in my experience that is the case with any LCD screen. Although this is my first colour phone, it's no worse than I've experienced with my previous three black & white phones in similarly-lit areas.

I have no previous experience of camera phones to compare it to, but it's about as good as I'd expect from a low-resolution camera.
Here's a photo of my mum's dog I submitted to Phonebin.com...

This was taken indoors in dull-ish lighting, and the dog was moving at the time. You can take photos in two sizes - 120x260 or 288x352. I've yet to take a photo outside in good lighting!

No crashes so far, and it's been on constantly since I bought it on 17th November.
Hope that's of use to you.
Also, they then go on to say the same for the camera, although its only a novelty, you still want it to do a decent job.
Finally, some say the software on the phone sometimes crashes, have you had any problems so far?
Thanks
> My mates are so jealous because my ringtones are full length versions.
And, of course, with the software supplied, you can take excerpts of audio files (i.e. MP3) from your PC and set them as your ringtone, so you can have the ACTUAL song, not just someone's interpretation of it.
> Is the SonyEricsson T610 the phone, with the Fifa Football game on?
It's not on there as standard, but you may be able to get it from somewhere.

I'll be getting one of those for Xmas, hopefully!
They're not expensive, but someone wanted something reasonably priced to get me, so I thought I'd leave it for them to buy. :-)
I reckon this will be very similar (since it's the same class), but I want it!
Looks soooo much better than the P800 too.
> And then there is the Sony Ericsson P900.
That phone is enough to give gadget geeks like myself wet dreams!
