I dunno if any1 is gonna agree with me on this one, but I think that the first year of the PS2 has been almost a waste of time, it started well with SSX, quake revolution was ok no online play though, GT3 is amazing and is well worth it, but what else!?? Tekken Tag, what a let down, driving emotion type S made me laugh and ridge racer 5 barely scraped past the finish line! Is that it, is that what £300 brings you over one year, there should be at least 40 top class titles to choose from! At least next year looks a lot more promising, with the likes of Metal Gear Solid 2, Tekken 4 and Devil May Cry in the pipeline the PS2 is looking up, but the fact remains that 1 year of the PS2's short lifespan has gone! Has the first year been a waste?

Yeah well. Most my stuff was on the Internet anyway (such is the nature of websites ;-)) and the homework was no great loss!

At least we got a PC over twice as good as a replacement, I got a spangly new graphics card and a new HDD. I did lose all my saves though. You know, the native file formats? Can't recoever those as I don't upload them. That was a shame.

Still, I'm OK now. Night all!

Oh, and we were asleep. The first I knew of it was seeing the open doors, but I thought Mum had been sleeping walking again. Then, I went towards my PC to finish and print some IT homework (muaha...) and noticed the 3 red, green and blue bars you get when there's no input and a big mess of wires not connected to anything.

Even worse, some lucky thief has nabbed himself over a gig of porn!

I think he's on holiday.

Anyway, they stole my PC (I was gutted. Months of websites and work gone), some jewellery and about £450 in cash (Nan's pension). Still, at least they didn't take the PS2. I wouldn't have got another on otherwise.

Oh and yes, I never give up. I think even Ortega and Dringo will agree on that one!

We were burgled last Christmas (sickos), and were working their way through the house. Fortunately, they didn't get to the room with the PS2 in before they decided to leave. Heh, idiots. There was all the silver and valuable stuff in there as well!
