LAST WEEK ON ECLIPSE…
(Highlights from SRW Eclipse 19/5/02)
“Jericho off the ropes again, he goes for the clothesline on Benoit, but Benoit ducks and takes Jericho’s arm down to the mat, CRIPPLER CROSSFACE!!! At the same time Scott Steiner has locked on the Steiner recliner on Cactus Jack! Both men are struggling to get to the ropes! Who will tap out first?!?...and...and...and Jericho is tapping, but so is Cactus Jack! British Bulldog calls for the bell!!!
Howard Finkel looks confused in the direction of The Bulldog, who goes over to explain what happened. “Ladies and gentlemen, both men submitted at the same time. Therefore, your joint winners of the match and new number one contenders, Chris Benoit (Grandprix) AND Scott Steiner (MikeAll)!”
------------------------------
As a consequence of last weeks events, when, in the Fatal Fourway for the No.1 Contendership, Chris Benoit and Steiner each made Jericho (Figo) and a debuting Cactus Jack (RM18) submit simultaneously, making them both No.1 Contenders, and the SRW Title match at the PPV a Triple Threat match! But to tonight’s events first, where as the fallout of that match starts to effect, Benoit (Grandprix) will be taking on Scott Steiner (MikeAll) here tonight! And to spice things up even more, there will be a special guest referee…SRW Champion Kevin Nash!
Howard Finkel gets on the mic. And introducing, your special guest referee for this match up, the Special Reserve Wrestling Champion…Kevin Nash (Allardini)! Nash struts to the ring in a black and white referee’s top, title belt in hand! He takes his time getting in the ring, and for some reason grabs the mic from Finkel’s hand!
Nash starts to speak. “I just want to say a few words before this match. I gotta admit I’m not used to this, and to be totally honest with you I prefer kicking butt to counting three. But this match is an exception, and I want to get one thing straight. I was booked in this match as referee, and I’m gonna referee this match properly and straight down the line. But if there is any, and I mean ANY funny business I’ll kic…call for the bell. Ok?” Nash hands the mic and his title to Finkel. It seems Nash (Allardini) is taking his refereeing duties seriously!
The crowd start to go quiet as they await the competitors. Finkel gets back on the mic. “This match is scheduled for one fall! Our first competitor, weighing in at 235lbs, from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, Chris Benoit! “Shooter” hits and Benoit makes his way down the ramp to a thunderous reception! He clambers into the ring and stares at Nash, who, in an effort to referee this match fair and square, goes to shake his hand! Benoit looks him in the eye again and declines, turning to lean against the ropes, waiting for his opponent.
“And now his opponent! Weighing in at 276lbs, from Bay City, Michigan, Scott Steiner (MikeAll)!“ The siren rings around the arena, as Steiner struts to the ring, Midajah just behind him, to another huge ovation from the fans! And what an impact Steiner has made since joining SRW! In his first match he became the joint No.1 contender for the SRW Title, and that’s one quick rise of the ladder! But only time will tell if he can pull it off tonight…
Nash goes to shake Steiner’s hand, and he accepts! Nash and Steiner shake hands to the vehement disgust of Benoit. Nash officially starts the match…DING DING DING! Left hand by Benoit (Grandprix)! Right hand by Steiner (MikeAll)! They exchange a furious flurry of punches, knocking the steam out of each other! Benoit gets the upper hand on Steiner, punching him to the ropes. Irish whip by Steiner, shooting Benoit to the ropes, and a shoulder block by Steiner, knocking Benoit to the canvas. Benoit gets to his feet quickly but another takedown by Steiner! Steiner lands a series of kneedrops and locks in a reverse chinlock. But Benoit manages to power back up to his feet and responds with a jawjacker! What impact! Benoit seems to be switching the momentum of this match around. The Rabid Wolverine lands a boot to the midsection of Steiner and hits a snap Suplex!
Steiner (MikeAll) is down and looking a little disorientated. Benoit (Grandprix) picks him up, and hits another suplex. He runs the ropes…elbow drop! He goes for the pin, Nash drops to the canvas…1…shoulder up from Steiner. Benoit again takes the initiative and picks Steiner up again, Irish whips him into the ropes, goes for the clothesline, but Steiner ducks, they hit the ropes again…clothesline by Steiner! This will give him some time to catch his breath, and boy does he need it! Midajah looks on, clapping, as Steiner recovers. What’s Steiner doing? He’s taking off the protective cover from the turnbuckle, exposing the cold, hard steel underneath, and Nash isn’t doing anything! What was that handshake all about at the beginning then?
Benoit recovers and gets to his feet, but is hit by a barrage of body punches from Steiner! The crowd cheer as punch after devastating punch connects with Benoit’s body. Oh, no…Steiner goes for the Irish whip into the unprotected turnbuckle, propelling Benoit into the steel, but he escapes! Benoit managed to change momentum and slide out of the ring, much to the derision of the expecting crowd! While Benoit is on the outside, Steiner looks at Nash, who simply shrugs his shoulder! Steiner slides out of the ring…and a takedown! He picks up Benoit, and Irish whips him right into the steel steps…CRASH! Benoit’s body collided with those steel steps. Steiner picks up the broken top half of those steel steps and goes to hit Benoit with them…BUT BENOIT KICKS STEINER IN THE GUT, CAUSING THE STEPS TO FALL ON STEINER!
The crowd sigh, what an impact! As Steiner (MikeAll) held the steel steps above his had, Benoit (Grandprix) managed to summon the strength and kick him, causing Steiner to lose his footing as the steps fell onto his own head! Nash is on the outside of the ring looking on, he doesn’t seem to bothered about the pain they are enduring! Benoit looks to have gained the advantage now, Steiner still recovering. Benoit picks up a steel chair, and again Nash (Allardini) makes no effort to stop him. CRACK! The steel chair comes down on Steiner’s back! CRACK! CRACK! And on his head…CRACK! Did you hear the thud of steel on skull, what a chairshot to the cranium!
Steiner is slumped on the floor, as Benoit looks at his broken body, and turns and looks at Kevin Nash, pointing to Steiner’s body and then at him! Benoit throws the chair in the ring, and picks up a broken Steiner and pushes him into the ring. He goes for the cover…1…2…kick out! Steiner somehow managed to summon the strength to kick out! Nash separates the two, allowing Steiner to get to his feet. They look at each other, and start exchanging punches once more. Steiner gets the advantage…Powerslam! But he doesn’t go for the pin, I think he wants revenge for earlier and wants to administer more pain. He picks up Benoit and hits a scoop slam!
Benoit (Grandprix) groggily gets to is feet as Steiner taunts him. Steiner (MikeAll) has picked up the steel chair! He goes to hit Benoit, and lays him out with a vicious chair shot, right in the face! He goes to hit him again, but Steiner punches the chair into Benoit’s face! SMACK! Both men are dazed. Benoit takes him out with a kick to the midsection…DDT! WHAT A DDT! He goes for the pin…1…2…SHOULDER UP! Benoit goes over to Nash (Allardini) by that turnbuckle and starts complaining, he thinks that was a bit of a slow count!
Steiner, in all the commotion, has got back on his feet and is ready to charge at Benoit! Nash is pointing at the ramp to Benoit, gesturing where he should go. Steiner charges at Benoit…BUT BENOIT MOVES OUT OF THE WAY. STEINER JUST BARGED INTO KEVIN NASH, KNOCKING HIS HEAD INTO THE EXPOSED TURNBUCKLE!! My God, I think Nash is busted open and out cold, lying on the canvas! Steiner swaggers backwards to the centre of the ring, Benoit grabs his arm…AND DRAGS HIM RIGHT INTO THE CRIPPLER CROSSFACE…AND…AND…STEINER IS TAPPING! STEINER IS TAPPING!!
BUT NASH IS OUT COLD! Nash can’t call for the bell as he hasn’t seen Steiner tap! Benoit tightens the hold for a few more seconds, and seriously annoyed breaks the hold as he goes to Nash (Allardini), trying to wake him up! Benoit shakes Nash and Nash starts to come to, blood dripping down his face from the turnbuckle hit. Benoit gets up, but so does Steiner and Benoit walks right into a FRANKENSTEINER! FRANKERNSTEINER TO BENOIT! He goes for the cover…Nash has moved gradually over and counts……….1………..….2……...……3!!!!
Scott Steiner (MikeAll) has defeated Chris Benoit (Grandprix), but Benoit had the match won! Benoit lies prone in the ring as Steiner celebrates in the ring. He saunters over to the special referee, Kevin Nash (Allardini) and Nash shakes his hand andraises his hand in the air, but…JACKNIFE POWERBOMB TO STEINER!! NASH JUST GAVE STEINER A JACKNIFE POWERBOMB!! Steiner thought Nash was on his side, but the SRW champion showed that he’s on nobody’s side, laying out Steiner with a devastating Jacknife Powerbomb! My God what’s going to happen at the PPV between these three! Nash walks up the ramp, trying to stop the blood dripping, title in hand, as Benoit and Steiner lay battered and beaten in the middle of the ring!! What on earth is going to happen at the PPV when these three meet!!!

Reaver (Ant) is shown in the back watching the highlights with the rest of the Elements.
“I’m a genius! Who else in this business could be this smart? And the best thing about it was I got my own back on Cong Man! That reminds me. I have an announcement about my match tonight.”
The Psychiatrist (MikeAll) is seen in his ‘office’ with Grandprix.
“Grandprix, it seems like we have a situation here. A situation which could alter the very fabric of the CAW heavyweight title. Reaver will use his power and will probably have some plan to get the title but we know that no one escapes Psychoanalysis from the Psychiatrist!”
‘My Sacrifice’ hits and out comes Reaver (Ant) to a huge chorus of boos after what can only be described as one of the biggest screw jobs ever. Reaver steps in the ring and asks for a microphone.
“If any of you idiots don’t remember what has happened recently (BOO), I will give you all a little reminder. I won the No.1 contender match fair and square but a few people weren’t happy with it. Well, TO HELL WITH THEM! (BOOOO) But I fear that I may experience some backlash from the unhappy parties. So, I’m enforcing that if anyone, other than myself and the Psycho, sets foot in the ring or the ring area, they will be fired!”
More boos ring out.
‘TELL ME, WHAT IS ON YOUR MIND?’ and out comes the Psychiatrist (MikeAll) to a marvellous ovation. Anyone following Reaver was bound to get this response. The Psychiatrist looks extremely focused as usual but doesn’t forget to salute the fans, cementing his status as a face.
Senior referee Earl Hebner (Mr. Snuggly) has been assigned this match.
Hebner calls for the bell and this match is underway.
Reaver (Ant) and The Psychiatrist (MikeAll) stand toe to toe and a bit of trash talking ensues. Reaver is doing all the talking and The Psychiatrist is staring into Reaver’s eyes, like he is trying to hypnotise him. Reaver goes for the shot but the Psychiatrist blocks and starts pounding on Reaver’s head. Whip off the ropes, Reaver bounces off, Psychiatrist with a huge boot to the face!
Psychiatrist stands on Reaver’s face then kneels down and starts choking him forcing Hebner to split it up. Again, Psychiatrist goes for the choke and Hebner splits it up again, this time warning him. Reaver rolls out holding his throat. Psychiatrist bounces off the ropes, Baseball slide and Reaver’s head bounces off the security barrier. Reaver seems strangely subdued.
The Psychiatrist (MikeAll) slides out and starts hitting Reaver (Ant) with several tough shots to the head. Reaver is holding his head as the ref begins to count. Psychiatrist goes to pick Reaver up, LOW BLOW! Reaver grabs the Psychiatrist’s head and rams it into the barrier. The ref is now up to 4. Reaver plants a DDT and then grabs a chair. CRACK! Straight over the head of the Psychiatrist! The ref has called for the bell!!!
“The winner of the match…”
“Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa! This match is going to continue right now!”
The match continues I guess. Reaver (Ant) keeps repeatedly smashing the chair into the Psychiatrist. The ref begins the count again. Reaver rams the Psychiatrist (MikeAll) into the steel post busting him open. Reaver picks up the Psychiatrist and hits a reverse suplex on the barrier! The ref is on 9… 10! That’s it! The Psychiatrist defends!
“The winner of the match…”
“NO!! This match will continue! If not, you’re fired! You’re all fired!!!”
I guess this match continues. Again.
“Get down here Hebner (Mr. Snuggly), NOW!”
Cover by Reaver. 1… 2… KICK OUT! The Psychiatrist kicks out!
Reaver (Ant) gets up in disgust and shouts at Hebner, who is not standing for any of it. The Psychiatrist (MikeAll) stands up, Clothesline by Reaver knocks the Psychiatrist over the barrier. This looks like the end! Reaver sets him up, HAWK WITH THE HAWKMISSION!!! Hawk (Afrojoe) is choking out Reaver! Reaver is out! Hawk grabs a mic.
“Your own rules backfired on you Reaver! I’m not in the ring or ring area! I’M IN THE CROWD!!!”
Hawk walks off and the Psychiatrist goes for the cover… 1… 2… 3!!! THE PSYCHIATRIST WINS!!!
“The winner of this match AND STILL CAW Heavyweight Champion, The Psychiatrist!”
Reaver’s plans backfired and Cong Man stayed true to his word by not interfering. It looks like Reaver V Cong Man won’t be for the title.
Who knows where this will lead! Stay tuned to SRW!
Next up we have a KOTR second round match up featuring two of the SRW’s biggest..
At that moment Jetster’s music hits to a suprising heel pop and the man himself walks out from behind the curtains as the crowd really begin to boo heavily, Jetster takes it well and simply uses it to feed from and poses and shows off on his way toward the ring, some of the ringside fans are shouting at him and Jetster simply smiles and mocks them, he climbs into the ring and poses once more before some last minute warming up and stretching.
REAL AMERICAN hits! A huuuge pop roars from the crowd as the arena comes to it’s feet! The Crusher (Tazz) walks out onto the ramp with a determined look on his face, normally he would be celebrating with the fans but it would seem he’s rather angry at Jetster for some reason and darts down the Isle at full speed!
Jetster: “Wo, wo, wo, wo. Slow down there Linford. You seem to be in a bad mood with moi? You need to relax a little, tell uncle Jetster what’s up”
The Crusher, is heard shouting back at Jetster from ringside as he walks around to mic up a mic of his own.
The Crusher: “You know perfectly well what’s wrong with me dammit! You t....
At that moment, Jetster threw his microphone at Crusher! What the heck’s going on here? BZZZT!! WOAH!! The mic cracked Crusher off the skull and Jester rolls out of the ring as the bell sounds and the match officially starts. Crusher is holding his forehead in pain as Jetster shows no Mercy by stomping away at the newly injured area.
The crowd are in shock and are booing again, Jetster picks his opponent up and slings him into the steel steps! WHAM!! Looks like he’s being systematically taken out bit by bit here! Jetster rolls in and out of the ring to break the referee’s count before grabbing Crusher’s lovely brown hair and smashing his skull off the steps. Good god this man is pumped up, what on earth could have happened between them, this is no ordinary rivalry, this is brutal!
Jetster finally rolls his now beaten down opponent into the ring and follows him in, suprisingly though The Crusher isn’t done yet and pounces on Jetster, pinning him down with his knees and hammers away at his head! Right after left after right after left (you get the idea) constantly smacking Jetster in what can only be described as pure rage! The referee is forced to break them up but Crusher won’t stop as Jetster is busted open! So much for competitive sport! Finally the referee breaks them apart and goes and gives a verbal warning to Crusher but all the time he doesn’t take his eyes of his opponent.
Jetster is left lying beaten down with a far away look in his eye, a trickle of blood coming from his forehead slides down his cheek and onto the mat, the referee goes over and is able to recover Jetster. As he struggles to his feet, Crusher dives for him again knocking the referee out of the way but Jetster uses his uncontrollable hatred against him and rolls out of the way leaving Crusher tangled in the ropes,
Jetster stalks him as he turns around and delivers a signature belly to belly overhead suplex! Jetster then gets a taste of his own blood as his cut is being opened worse, now we all know what happens when someone tastes there own blood, something builds up inside of you and makes you more focused, more determined more so damn angry! Jetster screams loudly and runs over to Crusher and simply kicks him in the sternum like a football! A big whack! He follows up by standing him up and taking him right back down again with a devastating DDT and makes the cover, 1-2........ Kick out! Amazing! Don’t count crusher out just yet!
Jetster steps back stunned as Crusher slowly gets up and the two men are face to face. This is a tense moment, the two men are silent but the cheers from the crowd are not, how is Crusher on his feet, how are either of these men on their feet, this fight because lets face it this is a fight is on a whole new level here, this isn’t just for the KOTR progression no more.
The two lock up but Crusher gets the advantage with big size and forces Jetster into the corner, he quickly whips him across the ring and into the other one, Crusher charges over as he stumbles about and GORE!! THE GORE!! What impact, what force! That was picture perfect, the crowd comes to it’s feet once more and cheer on Crusher as after that move both men are down with Jetster rolling around squirming in pain. The referee is forced to make a count 1 2 miss a few 9 and both men are up, just about able to stand Crusher flies punch at Jetster leans back to dodge it and quickly turns his momentum into a bulldog!
Then as fast as that had happened Jetster gets up and goes top rope and quickly jumps up for the MOONSAULT!! A huge flip by Jetster but Crusher rolls out of the way! CRASH!! Jetster is down and hurting once more and this time Crusher takes the oppertunity to go top rope and signals for his finisher and elevates himself it’s the DIVING ELBOW!! But no! This time it’s Jetsters turn to roll out of the way and 245lbs plummet into the canvas!
Jetster doesn’t hesitate and delivers some kicks to Crusher then in his weakened state lifts Crusher up and places him in-between his legs, this is it! The crowd to their feet, can he do it? YES!! MONEY MAKER!! WHAM!! That’s it it’s over no way will he recover from that! The cover 1-2.......3!! Yes! Finally it over! Jetster advances in the KOTR although battered, bloody and beaten he doesn’t look like a winner. Jetsters music plays as the crowd applaud a great match, Jetster rolls out of the ring and over to the announcers desk, what’s he doing? Referee’s come from the back to help Crusher but wait a minute Jetster has a steel chair! The match is over stop him! He rolls into the ring knocking any referees out of the way and CRACK!! A SHOT TO THE SKULL!! That’s enough, good god! The Crusher is busted open, the ring bell sounds once more as Jetster grins and raises his arms in victory to a hostile response from the fans. What’s going on what has happened between these two men for such hatred to be?
What has Jetster done that’s so bad? What will become of all this?
Tune in next time for.. Oh no wait I mean.
Thanks for reading

"TURN IT UP!!! Bangin' it, bangin' it..." Here come Too Cool! Scotty 2 Hotty and Grand Master Sexay dance their way onto the stage to recieve a huge pop from the crowd. "Approaching the ring, weighing in at a combined weight of 425lbs, Scotty 2 Hotty - Grand Master Sexay - Toooo Coool!" The fans here will certainly be hoping that Too Cool can pick up a victory over Chuck and Billy, who have been starting to get on the fans' nerves more than not recently. Too Cool make their way down the ramp, still dancing, and giving out high fives to the crowd. The fans are loving this entrance. They bounce up into the ring, and both of them stand on a 2nd turnbuckle post, at opposite ends of the ring from each other. As they jump down, their music fades out, and is replaced with poncy boy band music.
"Yoouuuuu looooook sooooo.... good to me....." Here come Chuck and Billy. "Accompanied to the ring by their fashion designer, Rico, weighing in at a combined weight of 510lbs, Billy and Chuck!" Billy and Chuck imitate Scotty and GMS on their way down the ramp, to the crowd's annoyance, and to Rico's delight. Scotty is shouting at them to get in the ring over the ropes, as Chuck attempts to walk like Grand Master. Billy and Chuck get in the ring, and Rico walks around to his post at Chuck and Billy's corner. Billy gets out of the ring, as does GMS, so that Scotty 2 Hotty and Chuck can start the match. They lock up. DING DING DING!
Straight away, Chuck uses his height and power advantage over Scotty to put him in a Headlock. Scotty manages to fight out though, pushing Chuck onto the ropes. Chuck bounces back, and knocks Scotty down with a Shoulder Block. Scotty is right back on his feet, and he starts to get a few punches in on Chuck, before Chuck knees him in the ribs. Chuck uses his size advantage to push Scotty around a little, before making a Tag to Billy. Chuck holds Scotty's arm up so that his chest is showing, and Billy can kick him in the stomach. Chuck exits the ring, and Billy starts to work away on Scotty 2 Hotty.
Billy slaps Scotty in the face, but he is slapped back by S2H. Scotty then chops Billy in the chest, and tries to whip him off the ropes. but Billy makes a nice reversal, and hits a hard Clothesline on Scotty. Rico is applauing his man's work, and GMS is trying to help Scotty up by stamping on the mat. Billy looks over at GMS, and imitates one of GMS' dancing moves right in front of him. Chuck and Rico look please on their side of the ring, but GMS looks furious. Lucky for him though, Scotty is back on his feet, and he punches Billy in the back a few times. This knocks Billy onto the ropes, where Scotty puts him in position for a back drop. BACK DROP! Billy's back is driven into the mat by Scotty, who now makes a tag to Grand Master Sexay.
Scotty climbs out, and GMS jumps in, taunting Billy. Billy gets up, and GMS hits him in the face a few times. GMS pushes Billy onto the ropes, and chops in him in the chest 3 times (and all chops are followed by large OOOOOHHHs from the crowd), and then whips Billy off the ropes. Billy returns, and ducks under GMS's attempted Clothesline, and performs a NECKBREAKER! Good strong Neckbreaker there by Billy Gunn. He picks GMS up, and throws Grand Master into the corner. Billy hits a few punches, and as GMS tries to get out of the corner, he is placed into a fine Powerslam by Billy Gunn. Good strong effect on the mat there in that Powerslam by Billy! He makes the Tag to Chuck.
Chuck Palumbo comes into the ring, and stomps on GMS a few times. He picks GMS up by the hair, and hits him in the stomach 3 times with his hard knee. GMS is trying not to fall over in pain. It now looks like Chuck is setting him up for a Suplex! Yes! Hard Suplex there by Chuck Palumbo onto Grand Master Sexay. Palumbo picks up GMS again by the hair, and throws him into the turnbuckle. Chuck props GMS up on the 2nd rope, and climbs up with him. He puts GMS' arm over his head. This looks like a Superplex! BUT WAIT a MINUTE! GMS is fighting back! He punches Chuck hard in the stomach a few times, and then pushes him off the 2nd rope onto the floor. Chuck falls hard on his back. We know what's coming now! Grand Master pulls down the goggles! He does his dance on the 2nd rope. HIP HOP DROP!!! YES! Grand Master Sexay hits the Hip Hop Drop on Chuck Palumbo. This ones over. 1, 2... and the count is broken up by Billy, who leapt into the ring. In comes Scotty too. All hell's gonna break loose!
Scotty jumps on Billy, and starts hitting him in the face. GMS is on Chuck on the ground, punching the life out of him. Scotty clotheslines Billy over the ropes, but falls out also. GMS gets Chuck up, and he hits a hard Superkick on him, but Rico comes flying in with a Roundhouse Kick.. but what the hell?!? GMS ducked under Rico's kick, and Superkicks him in the face. Rico falls down, and Scotty, who is climbing back into the ring after knocking Billy down, is setting Rico up for the WORM! He dances on the spot! W - O - R - M - WHAM! Ring Bell to the side of Scotty's head by Billy Gunn, and the ref didn't see it as he was looking at Chuck pulling GMS out of the ring by his feet. He turns around to see Scotty being covered by Billy. 1, 2, 3. DING DING DING!
"Youuuuu loooook sooooo.... good to me..." plays over the arena, as Chuck and Billy escape with another victory. They run up the ramp, pulling Rico also, as GMS and Scotty fume in the ring! Chuck and Billy have successfully won again, but yet again, they didn't do it fairly....

Winners : Chuck and Billy (RM18 and Cong Man)
Losers : Too Cool (Ant and Starlight)
AJ.
“Scotty grabs a microphone. “Hey Congie, AJ, Dead Wonder,” he says, looking back at his confused partner who’s managed to get back onto his feet. “Just thought I’d let you know. Thanks to me, the Three Elements…is now the FOUR ELEMENTS!” WHOA! SCOTTY THE DOGGY HAS JOINED THE THREE ELEMENTS!
Hawk (AJ) starts to run towards Scotty, but Jetster pulls him down by the hair! Jetster sprints to the top rope, and delivers the Money Maker!
Dead Wonder then goes for his former partner, but Scotty catches him and nails the SCOTT BOTTOM! Finally, Scotty The Doggy, Reaver (Ant) and Mouldy Cheese join Jetster in the ring and they stand together, raising each-other’s arms in the air!”
Now we shall see the aftermath of this match, in 6-man tag team action!
_____________________________
(My Sacrifice hits) Here we go then, a massive CAW Grudge match-up, and first to the ring are the Four Elements! Being accompanied by Reaver (Ant), Jetster, Mouldy Cheese and Scotty The Doggy! They walk down to the ring, sneering and smirking. I really don’t think Reaver should be down here, he’s sure to have some tricks up his sleeve.
(Doom’s Night hits) And there opponents, firstly, Da Animalz Of Doom! Cong Man and Hawk (AfroJoe) are livid over how they’ve been treated lately, and Hawk looks rather tired after all that trouble the HardCAW Title has caused him. Credit must go to him though, for he is still the HardCAW Champions, and Da Animalz are still the CAW Tag Team Champions!
“D…W” The fans finally have someone to cheer for, here comes STD’s former tag team partner, Dead Wonder! DW has now teamed himself up with The Rat (allardini), CAW Champion The Psychiatrist and Grandprix, because he wants to fight back against the System. Well, his battle starts tonight.
“Tell me, what is on your mind?” What’s this!? The crowd are going crazy, it’s the CAW Heavyweight Champion The Psychiatrist (MikeAll)! Later on this week he defends his title against Reaver (Ant), and now he’s coming out to fight they System! He stands on the outside of the ring, opposite an enraged Reaver.
We start off in the ring with Hawk and Jetster. Jetster swings a fist but doesn’t connect, and Hawk whips him into the ropes, knocking him down with a clothesline! Jetster is straight back up, but he’s back down again as Hawk scores with a powerful dropkick! These two battled it out harshly last week, and they’re doing it again here! Hawk viciously stomps on him, before making a tag to his partner The Cong Man.
Cong Man quickly tries to lock in a Chcikenwing Headlock, but Jetster fights out if it with some elbows to the face, and he sprints to his corner and makes a tag to Mouldy Cheese. Cheese runs for Cong Man, but he’s met by a hard right-hand that sends him sprawling! Cong Man takes advantage by hooking the arm over his shoulder, lifting him high into the air, and after a long pause bringing him back down harshly to the mat! An excellent Stalling Vertical Suplex!
He bounces off the ropes and looks for an Elbow Drop but Cheese rolls out of the way. He then quickly climbs the top rope, but Cong falls against the ropes causing Cheese to drop into a very uncomfortable position! Cong Man stands in front of him, faces the crowd, and lifts Cheese onto his shoulders! He’s going for the Electric Chair Drop – WHAM!
He makes a cover, it should be over, 1…2…and Reaver (Ant) puts his foot on the rope! Referee Earl Hebner (Mr Snuggly) didn’t see it, and he lets the match continue! Remember, Cong Man and Reaver (Ant) have had a massive rivalry as of late, and at the next PPV these two are set to meet, with the loser LEAVING SRW! Cong Man has gone ballistic, and he catapults himself off the ropes straight to the outside and onto Reaver!
Scotty The Doggy is having none of this, and he nails Cong Man with a clothesline, sending him over the security barrier and into the crowd! STD will fight DW at the next PPV in a first ever Buried Alive match, but these two are set to fight here first, as DW runs over and they begin exchanging right-hands! But now The Psychiatrist (MikeAll) joins in the battle, kicking STD in the stomach, putting him between his legs AND NAILING A PILEDRIVER ON THE HARD FLOOR! That will keep STD down for a while! But now Reaver (Ant) is back, and he delivers a Backdrop Suplex to the CAW Champion!
Finally Cong Man gets back into the ring, and he rolls Mouldy Cheese up, 1…2…kick-out at the last second! Cheese whips Cong into the ropes, and Reaver pulls him down by the legs! C’mon! The referee goes to the outside to have some words with Reaver, and doesn’t see Jetster throw a steel chair in the ring! Mouldy Cheese goes to hit Cong with it, but from no where DW runs in and scores with a Karate Kick, sending the chair careening back into the face of Mouldy Cheese! The Psychiatrist heads to the top rope; THE PYSCHO-ANALYSER!
Cong Man rolls into a cover as the referee gets back in the ring, 1…2…3! It’s over just like that!
Scotty The Doggy has managed to get back up, and he realises they’ve lost the match! He’s furious- he didn’t even get tagged in!
Reaver (Ant) has had enough, and he rushes over to The Psychiatrist and begins delivering the punishment! In the ring Cong Man is set to finish Mouldy Cheese off for good! POWERBOMB!! POWERBOMB!! POWERBOMB!! FACEBUSTER!! THE CONGO BONGO!
He turns, and is met by STD with the SCOTT BOTTOM!! Now STD is hyping himself up, he’s going for his new special move! But the crowd go wild as DW sneaks up from behind, twists his former partner around, AND SCORES WITH THE DEAD DDT!
Reaver (Ant) and Jetster have left The Psychiatrist (MikeAll) in a crumpled mess on the floor, and now they enter the ring and start to beat down on DW! REAVER WITH THE DDT-DRIVER TO DW! Now Jetster lifts Cong Man onto his shoulders so his head is facing down, Reaver puts him into the DDT position and Jetster falls back, causing an extra powerful DDT! THE MULER FROM THE GOVERNMENT MULES, REAVER AND JETSTER!
It’s total madness out here as Hawk (AfroJoe) sprints into the ring and nails a double clothesline on the Mules! And now here comes his latest rival, Grandprix! These two are also set to meet at the next PPV for the HardCAW Championship, and already they’ve fought in places such as a children’s playpen! Grandprix twists him around, the Finish Line! Now he picks up Reaver, and gives him the Finish Line too!
Finally, Grandprix and DW pick up The Psychiatrist (MikeAll) and walk up the ramp, before looking down defiantly at the ring. Da Animalz Of Doom have been left lying, and The Four Elements look up at them from outside the ring, filled with rage. Who will conquer in these three massive feuds that wreak havoc here at SR Towers? Will it be Grandprix or Hawk (AJ)? Will it be Scotty The Doggy or DW? And finally, will it be Reaver (Ant) or The Cong Man, who has to leave SRW? And of course, people like Jetster, Mouldy Cheese and the CAW Heavyweight Champion The Psychiatrist (MikeAll) will have something to say in all of this, and it starts very soon in a CAW Heavyweight Title match, where Reaver (Ant) looks once again to be the best there is…

The winners of this match: Da Animalz Of Doom and DW
Thanks for reading, Ant.
The arena goes black and white and the nWo music plays. It's Hollowood Hulk Hogan, and he looks angry as a walks down the ring. Before he gets halfway down to the ring, Hall and Nash attack him from behind. Nash cracks him on the back of the head with the title belt, knocking Hogan to his knees. Hall and Nash then proceed to kick him in the back forcing Hogan onto his front. Nick Patrick (Hybrid Valves) the referees sprints up the ramp and orders them into the ring. Nash protests and distracts Nick Patrick while Hall stomps away at Hogan. Finally Nash turns around and drags Hogan into the ring.
The bell sounds and finally this match is officially underway. Kevin Nash remains on the apron while Scott Hall starts things of in the ring. Hall taunts Hogan as he sits slumped in the corner. He then climbs over Hogan and taunts to the crowd on the turnbuckle and mocks the barely conscious Hogan. Unfortunately for Hall, Hogan is not as out of it as he thought and hits a low blow on Hall, sending him crashing to the canvas. Hogan uses this oppurtunity to drag himself up on the ropes as Hall rolls around in agony.
As Hogan gets back on his feet Hall stands up but is knocked straight back down by huge forearm from Hogan. Hall stands straight back to his feet and starts to exchange punches with Hogan. Hogan begins to get the upper hand but Hall comes back with a rake of the eyes. As Hogan holds his face Hall hooks Hogan up and executes a vertical suplex. While Hogan is resting on the ground, Hall goes over to his corner to tag in the 300lb+ monster that is Kevin Nash.
As Hogan (-T- -Devil) gets to his feet Hall (-T- -Devil) whips him into the ropes and Hall and Nash (Allardini) knock him down with a double shoulder block. Nick Patrick shoes Hall out of the ring while Nash stands over Hogan. His long hair falls over his eyes and he tosses his head back as Haogan begins to use Nash to help him get back to his feet. Just as Hogan's almost on his feet, Nash kocks him back down with an elbow to Hogan's back. Again Hogan uses Nash's legs to stand up but this time Nash scoops Hogan up and presses him above his head. He holds him and holds him before slamming him down from at least 9 feet in the air. Hogan clutches his back in agony but atands up almost immediately. However Nash grabs hold of him and whips him into the corner. Nash charges in after Hogan, but Hogan sticks out and elbow which goes straight into Nash's chest. Hogan seizes this oppurtunity and hits a bulldog Nash. As Nash stands back up Hogan whips him into the ropes and hits a powerslam as Nash returns.
The crowd start to get behind Hogan who's battling against the odds against 2 opponents. Hall starts to shout at Hogan from the apron. Hogan hear's him and comes running over and attempts to clothesline Hall but Hall ducks and Hogan hits nothing but air. Hogan berates himself for allowing Hall to distract him. He turns around and finds Nash's boot in his face. Nash goes for the first cover of the match...
1..2.. Shoulder up! Kevin Nash looks up at the ref doubtingly, he clearly thought it was 3. Nash walks over to his corner and tags in Scott Hall. Hall runs over to where Hogan is lying and attempts an elbow drop but Hogan rolls out of the way. Hall hits the canvas hard and both men are now down. The referee begins to count 1 2 3 4 both men begin to stand up 5 6 7 8 and their both up. Hogan tries to punch Hall but he blocks but then Hogan blocks one of Hall's punches. Hogan tries a clotheline but Hall ducks and hits a back suplex. Hogan struggles to back up stand up and Hall hits him with a fallaway slam. Hogan's taking a lot of punishment so Hall decides to go for the pin.
1..2.. Another kick out. Hogan just won't stay down. Hall looks angry but isn't letting up and sets Hogan up for the Razor's Edge, it could be all over. There's a sudden uproar from the crowd.
It's the APA! Farooq and Bradshaw are climbing over the security barriers. Farooq pulls Kevin Nash off the apron and Bradshaw's in the ring. Scott Hall lets go of Hogan but is knocked to the ground by a CLOTHESLINE FROM HELL from Bradshaw. The referee calls for the bell to disqualify Hogan.
Hall and Nash are the winners by disqualification.
They're still going at it despite the match ending. On the outside Farrooq powerslams Nash and to the hard floor while in the ring Hogan and Bradshaw are stomping on Scott Hall. Farooq rolls Nash into the ring next to the waiting Hogan. Hogan picks Nash up and whips him into the ropes. BIG BOOT! Just as he's about to go for the leg drop....
"Yo your'e dealing with the X-Factor." It's the other 3 members of the nWo, Albert (Jetster), X-Pac (-T- -Devil) and Justin Credible (Rickoss). The APA and Hogan run out of the ring to meet them. Farooq and Bradshaw manage to dominate X-Pac and Justin Credible and clothesline them into the crowd. Albert on the other hand is being more difficult, and smashes Hogans head onto the security barrier before rolloing him into the ring where Hall and Nash are now waiting. Hall and Nash begin stomping away at their former friend. Albert slides into the ring closely followed by both members of the APA. Albert immediately floors Farooq with a scissors kick and then picks up Bradshaw and executes a giant swing.
The APA and Hogan look to be unconscious. With X-Pac and Justin Credible now back in the ring, their future looks bleak. The nWo get into a huddle. When they break the huddle they all have evil smiles on their mouth. Kevin Nash picks up Farooq, Scott Hall picks up Hogan and Albert picks up Bradshaw. They lift each of them and slam them down with a simaltaneous BALDO BOMP, POWERBOMB and RAZOR'S EDGE. The impact shakes the entire arena as X-Pac and KJustin Credible dance around triumphantly.
Once again the nWo use the numbers advantage to inflict serious pain on all who stand in their way. Can anyone stop them?
------------------------------------------
Congratulations to Hall and Nash (-T- -Devil and Allardini)
(I don't know who own Farooq and Bradshaw as the update thing's a bit confusing)
(My Sacrifice hits) The arena erupts with boos and jeers as Jetster makes his way to the ring! He’s smiling smugly after what he did with Reaver in the no.1 contender match earlier today, but will he be smiling at the end of this?
(STD’s music hits) This man will certainly be wanting revenge on Jetster after he and Cong Man both lost the no.1 contender match, it’s Scotty The Doggy! He sprints towards the ring with his eyes set on Jet, but the member of The Three Elements escapes just in time and hides out in the crowd.
“VROOOOOOOMM!” The crowd cheer with delight as Grandprix saunters down to the ring. He’s been involved in quite a lot of things as of late, but has yet to achieve what his tag partner The Psychiatrist (MikeAll) has, and that’s winning gold. He’ll be hoping to change all that tonight.
(Block Of Ice appears on the SR-Tron) The 5th man in the match-up is the coldest man in the match-up, he’s Ice Blaster!
(Da Animalz’ music hits) And finally, he is the SRW HardCAW Champion, Hawk (AfroJoe)! He looks ready for action, and he wants Jetster badly after what happened earlier!
He walks down the ramp, not seeing Jetster emerge from the crowd behind him with a steel chair-CLANG!! Right on the head! He makes a cover, 1…2…3!
“The winner of this match, and the NEW SRW HARDCAW CHAMPION, JETSTER!!” Lillian Garcia (Shaneo) announces.
This match certainly ain’t over yet though, Jetster was celebrating his victory before he looked in front of him, and saw a group of 4 SRW superstars running at him! WHAM! They all smash into him like 4 bowling balls into one pin, and he goes flying! All hell breaks loose now as STD heads for Jet, Grandprix starts punching it out with Ice Blaster and Booker T (RM18) tosses Hawk (AJ) back into the ring!
Booker whips an almost lifeless Hawk into the ropes, and takes him down with a powerful Roundhouse Kick! Booker (RM18) looks at his hand…we know what’s coming! The crowd are ready! SPINEROONIE!! WHOO!! Booker (RM18) nails a HardCAW size Spineroonie, and then nails a Scissors Kick right to the back of Hawk’s neck! He hooks the leg, but he’s forgotten that you have to pin the champion!
And that’s something STD has done, right after scoring with an Electric Chair Drop onto the steel ramp. 1...2...3!
“Your new HardCAW Champion, Scotty The Doggy!”
The crowd cheer as STD holds the belt aloft, standing over the fallen Jetster! But their cheers are soon turned to boos as Ice Blaster takes him down with a massive clothesline! IB turns, only to be met by Grandprix, who puts him between his legs and delivers the Pit Stop! Grandprix is in control here as he hooks IB’s leg over his shoulder, and hits a Brainbuster! He slowly picks up IB, and then whips him into the security barrier. He bounces back, and GP puts him back on the ground with a nicely timed Dropkick!
Grandprix then throws him into Booker T (RM18) who was running towards him. Booker throws him back and GRANDPRIX NAILS THE FINISH LINE! AND THEN THE FINISH LINE TO STD! This great display of wrestling has surely won Grandprix the HardCAW Title, 1…2…3!
“Your new HardCAW Champion, Grandprix!”
Grandprix takes the belt, only to have it smashed right back in his face courtesy of Booker T (RM18)! Booker takes advantage, 1…2…3!
“Your new HardCAW Champion, Booker T (RM18)!” Lillian (Shaneo) announces.
Booker T (RM18) is the first SRW wrestler to have won a CAW Title! It won’t be for long though as Dead Wonder has come from the back and is sneaking up behind with a Kendo stick! SMASH! Booker (RM18) won’t be performing many more dance moves after that! 1…2…3!
“Your new HardCAW Champion, Dead Wonder!”
But now here comes IB again, and he scores with the Ice Block! 1…2….3!
“Your new HardCAW Champion, Ice Bl-CLANG!!” AND NOW LILLIAN GARCIA (SHANEO) HAS BEEN TAKEN OUT BY THAT RAVAGE CONG MAN!
Cong Man looks livid after what happened to him earlier today, and he looks intent on wreaking havoc! But now here comes one of Reaver (Ant)’s henchmen, Mouldy Cheese! He takes out Cong Man with a big clothesline, and now they’re brawling in the crowd!
Somehow through all of this the current HardCAW Champion Ice Blaster and Jetster have made it back to the ring. Jetster looks for a Flying Crossbody off the top rope, and gets it! And now there’s someone else on the top rope, it’s Hawk (AJ)! ELBOW DROP STRAIGHT INTO THE MIDSECTION OF ICE BLASTER! Jetster doesn’t like this at all and so he throws some right-hands, but Hawk fights back!
Hawk uses his power and literally throws Jetster across the ring! He kicks Jet hard in stomach, and then sets him up for a Powerbomb! WHAM! The impact echoed around the arena! He’s about to cover IB before he notices who’s coming down to the ring to support STD, it’s The Revolution! RkS, Longy, Kid Rock and The Rat (allardini) are here, and they’re beating down on Scotty’s opponents while he watches on in delight!
Hawk (AJ) doesn’t look intimidated though as KR, Longy and The Rat slowly saunter to the ring. He tries to make himself look big (not that he needs to), but they’re not scared either! The crowd are going crazy, they love The Revolution! They’re about to go for him, but from behind comes Cong Man with some massive plastic banana! He whacks them all over the head with it and they go down like they’ve been shot!
Cong Man rips off the yellow material to reveal that it’s made of steel! Hawk (AJ) smiles evilly and covers Ice Blaster while Cong watches on, 1…2…3! Hawk (AJ) has won the HardCAW Title, again!
Reaver (Ant) emerges from the curtain holding a microphone, he looks mad! Everyone’s down apart from Da Animalz! “You may’ve won this round, but I have two things which you don’t! Firstly, I have the no.1 contendership for the CAW Title! And second…” Reaver drops the mic and runs backstage, Cong Man is after him!
He runs up the ramp and from no where Scotty The Doggy appears, and he smashes a chair right over Cong Man’s head! What’s all this about!?
Scotty grabs a microphone.
Finally, Scotty The Doggy, Reaver (Ant) and Mouldy Cheese join Jetster in the ring and they stand together, raising each-other’s arms in the air! The crowd boo and jeer loudly but it will do nothing, it’s been a fantastic day for the Elements. They look down at the carnage that’s been left behind them; Grandprix, Ice Blaster, KR, Longy, The Rat (allardini), Cong Man, Hawk, Booker T (RM18), Dead Wonder, Lillian Garcia (shaneo)-all are in bad conditions. Maybe the only man left who can stop this group now, is the CAW Heavyweight Champion, The Psychiatrist (MikeAll)…

The final winner of this match, and still SRW HardCAW Champion, Hawk (AfroJoe.)
Few words about this, I wasn’t being biased towards myself in this match, Scott himself told me he wanted to do it, and I felt this was a good opportunity. Also, if you did win the title during the match, then it will be added to the Championship Records.
Thanks for reading, Ant.
Another thing, make sure you have around 5-10 minutes to spare before reading this, as I’d prefer it you took your time rather than skimming over it. Okay I’m asking a lot, but this is the main event after all. :) Try to imagine it in your head as though you’re watching it, it’s much more entertaining.
Also, MUST READ. To really get into this match read it paragraph by paragraph. I mean, put the paragraph you’re currently reading near the bottom of the page so you can’t see any of the ones below. Okay, you don’t need to do this at the start but during the middle and the end I recommend it, as you won’t know whether the match continues on or not after a pin or something. Understand?? No?? Well then, just make sure the bit you’re reading is right at the bottom of the page.
By the way, Scott Giles = Figo
______________________________
As the cage lowers and we get set for this SRW Championship match, we take a look at some “clips” from the past few weeks, that have shaped this massive feud between Kevin Nash (allardini) and Chris Jericho (Scott Giles), starting from the week after Y2J won the Royal Rumble at RITJ…
(Promo before Jericho took on Kane (Starlight))
Jericho (Scott) sneers, and they continued on. They turned the corner, and bumped into the nWo.
Kevin Nash (allardini) was the first to break the silence. “Ah, hello Mr Royal Rumble winner. You looking forward to meeting me for this…” he looked at his belt with pride, “baby.”
The Undertaker (Jetster) stepped forward, “Yeah, I think he is. But first, I’D like to meet you for it.”
Kevin Nash smiled, and replied, “Well, why not? But not for the title. You don’t deserve it. But how about we all meet next week. In the ring. Why don’t I, and Scott Hall (Dead Wonder) team up to take on you two?”
“Sounds good to me,” Jericho said. Tension filled the air.
“Great, I look forward to it.” The nWo walked on by, Nash shoving Jericho as he passed him.
Undertaker nudged Jericho, and said, “Hey, don’t worry, you got his number. And tonight, I have Kane’s.”
(Extract from end of Kane vs Jericho match)
Finally all the “teams” get back together, one in each corner of the ring! In one corner stands Team E.C.F'ing.W- Tazz (Mouldy Cheese), RVD (Rickoss), Tommy Dreamer (Big Slow), Raven (Starlight), Jerry Lynn (Cong Man), Shane McMahon (Cong Man.) and Paul Heyman. In another is the nWo-Hulk Hogan (Dead Wonder), Scott Hall (Dead Wonder), Kevin Nash (allardini) and Vince McMahon (MikeAll). Opposite them is Chris Jericho (Scott) and The Undertaker (Jetster), and next to them standing alone, the Big Red Machine Kane (Starlight)!
The show fades out as all of these stand their ground, and stare each-other down…
(Extracts from Taker (Jet) and Jericho (Scott) vs Nash (allardini) and Hall (DW))
These two men stare at each-other intensely, knowing that in two weeks time they will be contending the SRW Championship. To the crowd’s delight they lock-up, perhaps their match is set to get underway a little early! Nash whips Y2J into the ropes, but Y2J slides between his legs and goes for a roll-up, 1…2.kick-out, and Nash retaliates with a hard clothesline. Wait, look, there’s something on the Titantron! Hogan (DW) and Vince (MikeAll), the two other members of nWo are laid out on the floor, with Tazz (Tazz) and Tommy Dreamer (Big Slow) from Team E.C.F’ing.W standing over them! Nash (allardini) can’t believe it, but he turns to get back to Y2J, who trips him and locks in the Walls Of Jericho!!
It looks like Nash (allardini) has had enough of this match, and HE TAPS!! HE TAPS!! THE SRW CHAMPION JUST TAPPED TO THE WALLS OF JERCHO!! Nash slides out of the ring and rushes backstage to help his team-mates, leaving Jericho (Scott) to celebrate wildly in the ring! Surely this will be a boost for the young man ahead of our PPV, but what else has come from this match? Hopefully at Road To KOTR we’ll find out. Undertaker (Jetster), Kane (Starlight), the rest of nWo and Team E.C.F’ing.W will all have a part to play I’m sure, and all of these guys have a massive few weeks ahead of them.
(Extracts from Hall (DW) vs Y2J (Scott)
Slowly Hall (DW) and Y2J (Scott) are getting back to their feet, and Hall swings his fist, but fails to connect. Jericho bounces off the ropes-BULLDOG!!LIONSAULT!! This one’s over, 1…2…
And Nash (allardini) again from behind! Referee Teddy Long (Tony) goes to ring the bell but Nash steps in and threatens him, and somehow I don’t think the referee is going to argue with him. He lets the match continue, and now Hall puts Jericho between his legs, lifts him-PILEDRIVER!! Hall makes pin, and under the watchful eye of Nash (allardini) Teddy Long (Tony) counts, 1…2…3!! NWo win again! If the referees can’t stand up to the nWo, then all havoc could be wreaked here at SRW, we need Team E.C.F’ing.W and Jericho (Scott) to win at Road To KOTR, but with new members still to come it’s looking bad…
_____________________________
“5…4…3…2…1…BOOM!!” Here we go, the main event here at Road To KOTR, It’s the Cage match for the SRW Championship!! Firstly, coming down to a surprisingly large pop, CHRIS JERICHO (SCOTT GILES)!! He slowly walks to the ring, looking calm but determined. He’s been waiting for this opportunity ever since he came so close to winning that title at Burnout, where he was only a second away from winning the Hell In A Cell match. Now he waits in the ring, inside the cage, for his opponent.
(The arena is thrown into darkness-nWo music hits) The capacity crowd here at SR Towers absolutely erupt with boos and jeers, because from behind the curtains emerges the Special Reserve Wrestling Champion, a member of the nWo, KEVIN NASH (ALLARDINI)!! Fortunately he’s not being accompanied by any of his many nWo counterparts, but they may still have a part to play in this match. He confidently struts to the ring, he’s in great shape for this match, and he needs to be if he’s going to face off with Y2J (Scott).
The stage is set, the two men are inside the cage and the door is locked. The referee, who is Teddy Long (Tony) holds up the coveted SRW Title belt, and then signals for the bell to be rung. DING DING! The crowd are on their feet, awaiting the first move from these two fine competitors. They’ve been battling it out for a long while now, and the fans can’t wait for it to get started. The two men circle each-other, feigning attacks but nothing yet. This match CAN be won by pinfall, as well as climbing out of the cage.
They lock-up! Nash (allardini) has no interest in this test of strength though, and he kicks him in the gut before tossing him face-first into the steel! Already Jericho (Scott) is struggling thanks to that sudden attack, and now Nash is on the attack with some hard right-hands. He whips Y2J into the corner and follows it up with a clothesline. Jericho (Scott) staggers out and Nash (allardini) looks for a boot to the face but Jericho ducks, and pulls him into a roll-up, 1…early kick-out.
Jericho (Scott) tosses Nash (allardini) into the ropes but it’s countered, and Nash takes Y2J down with a huge powerslam, the impact echoing throughout the arena! Jericho is up straight away though and ducks underneath an attempted clothesline, and nails a Bulldog! He quickly heads to the top rope as Nash regains his feet – Missile Dropkick – but Nash skips out of the way and Jericho lands hard on the mat!
Nash (allardini) scores with an overhead suplex, and then puts the challenger onto the top rope. He joins him, and hooks his arm over his shoulder. He’s looking for a Superplex, but Jericho (Scott) knocks him off the turnbuckle with some punches to the stomach. Jericho sees his chance, and delivers an Elbow Drop from the top! Nash is a tough guy to keep down though and somehow he manages to get back onto his feet quickly, only for his opponent to throw him into the corner face-first! He staggers back, and Jericho (Scott) hits a powerful Backdrop Suplex!
Y2J (Scott) is the first to climb the cage, but I don’t expect he’ll make it this time round. It may not look like that much of a long climb from our point of view, but when you’re involved in a hellacious match like this one then the top of the Cage is a helluva long way away. Nash (allardini) sees the danger and begins to climb with him, his height giving him an advantage. Well this is strange…neither man seems to want to throw the other off!
They’re both at the top now, and instead of trying to knock each-other off they’re both climbing down at the exact same speed! The problem for Jericho (Scott) is that because he’s shorter it’ll take him longer to touch the floor – but he jumps early! Nash (allardini) sees this and jumps also, and both of them land on the floor seemingly at the same time! Teddy Long (Tony) can’t make a decision on who won the match, and now they’re fighting it out on the outside of the cage! Y2J (Scott) clotheslines the champion over the security barrier and into the screaming crowd!
As Jericho (Scott Giles) goes to work on Nash (allardini), that damn fan Ice Blaster rushes up to them, and hits Y2J (Scott) over the head with a glass bottle! What is this guy’s problem!? Nash slowly picks up the no.1 contender, and grabs him by the throat! CHOKESLAM ONTO THE CONCRETE!! The fans nearby wince as Jericho (Scott)’s body smacks into the unprotected floor, and then Nash (allardini) takes a special bar of Special Reserve Chocolate off a small boy, and begins to hit Y2J with it! Oh c’mon, that bar cost the boy’s mother £1.20!!
Nash (allardini) has now taken Jericho (Scott) backstage, and he rams his head into a SRW Truck! He does the same, this time utilising a metal crate! He grabs a metal rod, laughs at his struggling opponent, and then hits him across the back with it! Jericho (Scott) is on his knees, and now he uses the rod on the back of Y2J’s left leg!
Oh, and look who’s joining them, it’s the rest of the nWo! Scott Hall (DW), Hulk Hogan (DW), X-Pac (Kid Rock), Albert (Jetster) and Justin Credible (Rickoss)! They’re taunting Jericho (Scott), and now Hogan whips him with his belt! X-Pac places him on the wheel of a truck, takes a run-up and nails a Bronco Buster!! Now that’s just insulting! Albert (Jet) picks up Jericho and lifts him above his head, and then throws him at Nash (allardini) who catches him! WHAM!! NASH LIFTED HIM ONTO HIS SHOULDER, AND POWERSLAMMED HIM TO THE FLOOR!!
But wait, here come the nWo’s biggest rivals, Team E.C.F’ing.W! These guys just can’t stop getting themselves involved with the nWo, even after their match a couple of days ago! Even Paul Heyman’s fighting it out, but he makes a bad decision and runs straight into Albert (Jetster, who nails him with a massive Scissors Kick! The two teams continue to battle it out, and this gives Jericho (Scott) a chance to score with a Low Blow on Nash (allardini)!
Jericho (Scott) finally has the upper hand, as he takes Nash (allardini) into some sort of bathroom. He looks around and sees a toilet, sink, shower and bath. He grabs Nash by the head, and stuffs it in the toilet! EURGH! Jericho laughs, and then gets the toilet scrub, and hits the champion over the head with it again and again!
Now Y2J (Scott) heads to the bath and turns the hot tap on to full. As the bath continues to fill with boiling hot water, Jericho picks up Nash (allardini), puts him arm around him, and nails a Side Russian Leg Sweep! It didn’t do much damage because the floor is carpeted, but I think Nash is as shocked as we are that Jericho used a proper wrestling move in a bathroom! Jericho takes the showerhead now and looks to hit Nash in the stomach with it, but Nash blocks it with his fist and it cannons back into the face of Y2J!
Nash (allardini) sets up Jericho (Scott Giles) against the bath, which is now totally full of steaming hot water. He looks for a clothesline, but Jericho (Scott) counters into a Scoop Slam, AND SLAMS HIM INTO THE BATH!! JERICHO (SCOTT) JUST SCOOP SLAMMED NASH (ALLARDINI) INTO A BATH OF BURNING HOT WATER!! NASH (ALLARDINI) IS IN SHOCK!
“AAAAARRRRGGGHHH!!!” Nash (allardini) lets out a massive scream before scrambling out of the bath, but his skin is extremely red! Will he be able to continue? It looks like it, Nash (allardini) is one tough champion. Jericho (Scott) though definitely has the advantage, as he begins the trek back to the ring. He enters the arena to a massive roar from the crowd, and speedily heads to the outside of the cage. He delivers an overhead suplex on the matted floor, and then questions the ref about what to do. The ref opens the door to the Cage and lets them get back in, but Nash (allardini) is still struggling.
Jericho (Scott) uses his agility and speed to climb the cage, and in just a matter of seconds he’s on the top! He could win it from here! But…he’s looking down on Nash (allardini) who’s right below him, just lying there…I think Jericho wants to go for a high-risk move! He breathes deeply, knowing that this could decide whether he becomes SRW Champion or not. He wants to finish Nash (allardini) off for good! MOONSAULT FROM THE TOP OF THE CAGE – NASH (ALLARDINI) SCRAMBLES OUT OF THE WAY!!
WHAM!!! NOBODY HOME, JERICHO (SCOTT GILES) LANDS ON THE UNFORGIVING CANVAS!! MY GAWD!!
The crowd are in shock, Jericho (Scott) is lying lifelessly on the mat after that Moonsault. He must have sailed at least 15 feet through the air, maybe unaware that Nash (allardini) had got out of the way!
Nash slowly crawls across and makes a cover! 1…2…
Shoulder up! Amazing! Obviously the cover wasn’t very strong, and maybe Y2J (Scott) had just enough time to recover his wits. But, he certainly won’t be getting up for a little while yet.
Scott Hall (Dead Wonder) has appeared on the outside, grabbed a steel chair and the championship belt, and thrown them over the cage into the ring. Wow, he’s got a nice action to throw things like that so high. Hall (DW) quickly escapes, fortunately no damage done.
Jericho (Scott) is slowly beginning to recover, but Nash (allardini) isn’t gonna let the challenger get back into this one. He picks him up, and scores with a DDT! He pulls him up by the hair, whips him into the ropes and shoves his massive boot into Jericho (Scott)’s face! He heaves him up once again, Nash (allardini) is relentless! He lifts him into the air – Pendulum Backbreaker! And again he puts Y2J back onto his feet, grabbing him by the neck and slowly turning, nailing a Falling Neckbreaker!
An excellent display of powerful wrestling from Kevin Nash (allardini) is keeping Jericho (Scott) out of this title match, one that he probably could’ve won a few minutes ago. Nash decided this time not to pick him up, but to grab him by the legs and lock in the Walls Of Jericho! I’m not sure if Y2J (Scott) even has the strength to tap, maybe Teddy Long (Tony) will have to end this one himself.
Wait, roll-up from Jericho (Scott)! 1…2…
And a kick-out! Heroically Jericho (Scott) is back up and full of energy, bouncing off the ropes and delivering a Flying Clothesline! Nash (allardini) staggers up, only to be taken down with a Bulldog! LIONSAULT! Another pin, the crowd chant in unison with the referee’s count, One…Two…
Kick-out! Again! What resiliency from Nash (allardini)! Jericho (Scott) can’t believe it, and he’s desperately throwing right-hands at the champion. He throws him into the ropes, and scores with a good Dropkick! He scampers to the top rope, and as Nash (allardini) gets back up he brings him down again with a Flying Back Elbow!
Jericho (Scott) begins to climb the cage once again, but much more slowly than before. Nash (allardini) is able to catch him due to Jericho’s numerous stops, and he throws some right-hands at the challenger. He then uses great balance to turn so that’s facing the ring, and then with awesome strength and speed picks up his opponent with just one arm, and then balancing precariously with just his feet on the cage, twists Jericho between his legs, face-down! PILEDRIVER!! NASH (ALLARDINI) PILEDRIVERS HIM TO THE FLOOR FROM HALFWAY UP THE CAGE! He slowly crawls across for the pin, this exciting and action-packed thriller of a match is finally over, ONE…TWO…
And another kick-out!! Nash (allardini) is in total shock that Y2J (Scott) kicked out! Both these men are desperate for the Special Reserve Wrestling Championship, which will bring them fame, fortune, and most importantly, pride. Without it, they are nothing! Nash (allardini) is adamant on defending it, and Jericho (Scott Giles) is adamant on winning it. But, one man has to lose, who will it be?
Nash (allardini) grabs the title belt his nWo counterpart Hall (DW) threw in earlier, and stalks Y2J (Scott) with it! Jericho slowly gets back to his feet, turns, and Nash tries to ram him in the face with it! But Jericho (Scott) ducks and nails a Karate Kick to the face, sending the belt right between the eyes of Nash (allardini)! Now he grabs the steel chair, and aims it for the champion’s back – SMASH! A painful shot, and as Nash tries to get away, Jericho smacks it over his head, CLANG!!
Jericho (Scott) looks livid as he bashes Nash (allardini) again with the chair, finally getting to get rid off all the frustration that must’ve been building up inside him for weeks now! He drops the weapon and laughs, he laughs heartily! Unfortunately this sudden outburst of humour means that Nash (allardini) is having time to recover. Finally Y2J grabs his opponent by the legs, turns, and locks in the Walls Of Jericho! Nash though uses his masses of leg power to reverse into a roll-up, but the challenger rolls out of it and knocks him down with a clothesline!
Jericho (Scott) takes Nash (allardini) over one side of the cage, and gets him into a position for the Breakdown! SMASH!! NASH (ALLARDINI)’S HEAD WHAMMED STRAIGHT INTO THE STEEL! Jericho (Scott)’s unorthodox version of the Breakdown has Nash (allardini) down and out, and so he once again begins the climb up the cage!
Oooooh!! He was on the top rope when Nash (allardini) staggered back into the turnbuckle, knocking Jericho (Scott) off-balance, and landing in a place where the sun most certainly doesn’t shine! Nash (allardini) shakes his head and follows Y2J. He hooks the arm, and then falls back into a massive SUPERPLEX!
Both men are down in this huge fight for the SRW Championship, and referee Teddy Long (Tony) begins his count! By the time he reaches 9 both men have somehow got back onto their feet, and are exchanging rather sluggish right and left-hands. They both catapult themselves off the ropes and aim for clotheslines, but both men duck each-others, bounce off the opposite ropes and into a Double Flying Crossbody!
Neither man seems to have been affected too badly as they stagger away from each-other…I’m not sure either of them know where the other is! They’re both climbing the cage! Slowly but surely, with the crowd on their feet and cheering them on they clamber up the steel, still unaware that their opponent is doing the same!
Nash (allardini ) reaches the top! Jericho (Scott) reaches the top! They both look down at the ring and are shocked to find their opponent not there! They look up at the same time, and see each-other! Jericho (Scott) carefully tries to run along cage, as does Nash (allardini)! They’re going to meet in the middle! Wham! They literally run into each-other and knock each-other back, but NASH (ALLARDINI) LOSES HIS FOOTING! HE’S FALLEN BACK INTO THE RING!!
Jericho (Scott goes to climb down, but wait, Nash (allardini) has hung on! He uses mighty strength to lift his arm and deliver a Low Blow to Y2J, he won’t be climbing down just yet! Nash (allardini) pulls himself up, makes sure Y2J is facing the ring and…no way, he has the challenger between his legs! He lifts him into his shoulders! POWERBOMB!! OOOOOOHHHHH-WHAM!!! MASSIVE IMPACT!! NASH (ALLARDINI) POWERBOMBS JERICHO (SCOTT) INTO THE CANVAS ALL THE WAY FROM THE TOP OF THE CAGE!!
Unfortunately though, Nash (allardini) landed on his ar$e of all things, surely he’s in no position to make a pin on the lifeless Y2J (Scott)!
But look, Nash (allardini) cried out in pain and then just fell over on Jericho (Scott), it counts as a cover because Jericho (Scott)’s shoulders are down!
ONE!…TWO!!…
THREE!!!
HE’S DONE IT!! Nash (allardini) has successfully retained the Special Reserve Wrestling Championship in an amazing match! We had both men climbing out of the cage, piledrivers from halfway up, moonsaults off the top and finally a bone-crunching powerbomb all the way down to the unforgiving canvas. Both these men promised one helluva match, and that’s what we got! Nash (allardini) has been joined in the ring by the nWo, and I’m sure they’ll celebrate all night. Hopefully we’ll hear from both men on Eclipse next week, for their reaction to this shocker of a Cage match.
Thank-you for joining us here at SRW: Road To KOTR. It’s been a couple of weeks full of titles, feuds and rivalries. We’ve seen some fantastic bouts between CAWs and WWF wrestlers, and it’s finally culminated with one of the biggest in SRW history. We hope you enjoyed, and a big congratulations must go to AfroJoe for giving us a great PPV.
The winner of this match, and still Special Reserve Wrestling Champion: Kevin Nash (allardini).
Thanks for reading, Ant.
The cheering for Chris Benoit (Grandprix) suddenly ups a gear as Rob Van Dam’s music hits. This is gonna be one hell of a match up and this particular writer’s all time dream mach-up. So settle back in your seats and grab a cold one. Oh yeah…and enjoy! Rob Van Dam (Rickoss) has strutted his way down to the ring and as Howard Finkel announces his name he does that thumbs up thing and the crowd chant ROB! VAN! DAM!
There’s gonna be no time for pleasantries in this one as The Rabid Wolverine and The Whole Dam show lock up before referee Jack Doan is even ready! Collar and elbow tie up, go behind by Chris Benoi, Benoit takes Van Dam down. Front face-lock now by Benoit, good chain wrestling from Benoit. But Van Dam with a kip-up escape and straight off the ropes, Van Dam comes back, ducks a Benoit clothesline and hits a spinning heel kick! Benoit rolls out under the ropes! Benoit has been everywhere and done everything and even he has never fought anyone like Van Dam! Benoit doesn’t have time to dwell on this fact though as Van Dam runs off the ropes and vaults over the top rope crashing down onto Benoit with a somersault plancha!
Chris Benoit (Grandprix) is reeling from this early onslaught by Van Dam! Rob Van Dam presses home the advantage though, scraping Benoit off the floor and into a front face-lock! He goes for a suplex on the outside, no wait he drops Benoit forwards, rib-first onto the safety barrier! Rob Van Dam steps back up onto the apron and leaps at Benoit dropping his leg across Benoit’s back, crushing him against the safety barrier!
Rob Van Dam (Rickoss) is now bag in the ring and is posing for the crowd. A dazed Chris Benoit (Grandprix) pulls himself back under the ropes, as Van Dam celebrates. Van Dam turns and sees Benoit back up to his knees. Van Dam grabs Benoit’s head a pulls him back to his feet. Van Dam whips Benoit off the ropes, Van Dam with a split legged drop down, Benoit goes pover the top, Van Dam back to his feet, but he’s met by a stiff clothesline from Benoit! That almost knocked Van Dam’s teeth down his throat! Benoit follows up, locking Van Dam’s legs in the Indian Death-lock! Benoit falls backwards a couple of times to put extra pressure on Van Dam’s legs! But Van Dam fell right next to the ropes and grabs the bottom one, Jack Doan dutifully breaks the hold!
Chris Benoit now with the irish whip, sending Van Dam into the corner. Benoit follows in, but Van Dam floats over! Benoit trapped in the corner now and Van Dam buries his shoulder into Benoit’s mid-section! Another shoulder to the midsection! Van Dam now, with a backflip out of the corner and he runs back in, burying his shoulder into Benoit’s mid-section one more time! Benoit slumps back into the corner as Van Dam turns away and celebrates with the adoring crowd once again. Van Dam now turns his attention back to Benoit as he runs towards him in the corner, he rolls, jumps and lands with his feet on Benoits legs, monkey flip out of the corner! Benoit is looking in real trouble in this match-up!
Van Dam goes for a lazy cover on Benoit, Benoit kicks out at two, Van Dam may have had it, if he’d covered the leg! Benoit can’t get up though and Van Dam is running the ropes once again...Rolling Thunder!!! Van Dam with another sloppy cover and once again Benoit rolls his shoulder at two! But Benoit is still down and Van Dam goes to the corner, Van Dam jumps to the top rope and...Split-Legged Moonsault! This is gonna be it! Van Dam hooks the leg, 1...2...kickout!!! How did Benoit do that?!?
Rob Van Dam (Rickoss) is beginning to look frustrated that he can’t put Benoit away! Van Dam goes to pull Benoit back to his feet SMALL PACKAGE!!! Benpoit rolls Van Dam up! 1...2...and Van Dam kicks out! Van Dam sure didn’t appreciate that! As Chris Benoit (Grandprix) groggily returns to his feet Van Dam runs off the ropes. Benoit looks for the backdrop but he ducked too early, Van Dam with a kick to the chest of Benoit, but Benoit blocks it and has Van Dam’s foot! But Van Dam quickly steps through and hits a spinning heel kick! Benoit falls backwards and lands on top of Jack Doan who was in the wrong place at the wrong time!
Rob Van Dam (Rickoss) looks at his felled opponent and the referee. He shrugs his shoulders and goes to the corner. Van Dam launches himself to the top rope and perches there for a moment soaking up the adulation of this crowd! FIVE STAR FROG SPL...no wait! Benoit rolls out of the way! Van Dam hits hard and bounces right back up on to his feet clutching his stomach. Quick as a flash though Benoit has locked his arms around Van Dam’s waist! German Suplex! Benoit hangs on! Another German Suplex! And Another! AND Another! AND ANOTHER!!! One more German Suplex and this time Benoit releases it early! Van Dam lands right on his neck and crumples into a heap!
Chris Benoit looks at Van Dam, then at the turnbuckles! The fans cheers as Benoit goes up top! DIVING HEADBUT!!! He nailed it perfectly, but he hurt himself in the process!!! Van Dam and Benoit are both down!!! And now wait!!! Oh my god that can’t be!!! IT IS!!! Sabu just came out of the crowd!!! He can’t be here can here?!? He’s not even signed to SRW!!! He has got a chair though! He’s going up top and he launches himself in the direction of Benoit, in mid-air he positions the chair under his leg and drives it into the face of Benoit!!! Arabian face buster!!! Sabu quickly puts his former ECW tag-team partner on top of Benoit and scaprers from the ring as Jack Doan is stirring!!! It’s a very slow count from the groggy referee. 1--------------------2---------------3!!! He got him!!!
“Ladies and gentlemen, your winner, progressing to the next round of the king of the ring tournament, ROB VAN DAM!”
Van Dam looks around, Sabu is long gone, but I’m not sure if Van Dam knows what happened or who it was helped him win this match. What is going on here?
To kick off we’ve got Maven Vs K-Kwick, two up and coming stars in the WWE (well they would be if one of them was still in it) so lets get right to it.
GETTIN’ ROWDY!
K - Kwick’s (Ice Blaster) music hits to a suprising pop from the crowd, this guy is getting more and more popular, he comes out on stage brandashing his microphone rapping away and bustin’ some moves as he struts his stuff down the isle. The crowd seem to be very much into him as he gets to the ring especially some of the usual drunken people in the front row.
Welcome to the King of the Ring! Well not THE King of the Ring but the first round match so it’s kinda like it, but not it. Welcome all the same.
To kick off we’ve got Maven Vs K-Kwick, two up and coming stars in the WWE (well they would be if one of them was still in it) so lets get right to it.
GETTIN’ ROWDY!
K - Kwick’s (Ice Blaster) music hits to a suprising pop from the crowd, this guy is getting more and more popular, he comes out on stage brandishing his microphone rapping away and bustin’ some moves as he struts his stuff down the isle. The crowd seem to be very much into him as he gets to the ring especially some of the usual drunken people in the front row.
K - Kwick finishes his piece and begins to use get used to the ropes as he awaits his opponent, Maven’s (Tazz) High pitched music begins to play, a very nice pop erupts for the Tough Enough champion! Wait a minute what’s this behind K - Kwick, it’s Maven through the crowd!
Maven slides in the ring and immediently performs a school boy and the referee counts! 1, 2.....3!!! OH MY GOD! IT’S OVER! A huge roar from the crowd ensures the whole arena comes to it’s feet, Maven’s won it! Unbelievable! How long was that!? K - Kwick is in disbelief but Maven on the otherhand is ecstatic! He’s jumping around the ring celebrating his victory like a loon and the crowd love it, they’re going wild, the noise they’re making is deafening even security is having to calm down some of the more hyper ones!
Al Snow comes out on stage and begins to applaud too, this is obviously his idea but then again it goes to show how much the King of the Ring crown can mean to someone’s career, Maven winning it would take his even further and his mentor is very proud.
Maven walks over to a kneeling K - Kwick, the two face up to each other as Maven extends his hand, K - Kwick obviously disappointed hesitates at first and looks at the crowd as they cheer on, the bell rings. What? The bell? Both men look shocked and K - Kwick sucker punches Maven knocking him down! What the hell? The bell didn’t ring, the match never started! K - Kwick covers a unawares Maven, 1, 2.....Kick out by Maven, the crowd are still cheering they just love this whole thing, Al Snow is shocked and is now at ringside cheering his student on as the two tie up.
K - Kwick overpowers Maven and forces him back into the corner, he the let’s go of the hold and shoulders Maven in the stomach! He does it again then one last time hitting home harder on the third shot, Maven grabs his stomach in pain as K - Kwick Irish whips him sternum first into the opposite turnbuckle!
WE WANT HEAD, WE WANT HEAD! For no particular reason whatsoever the crowd burst out with a chant for Al Snow, maybe it’s all the excitement, maybe they really do want head (hur hur) but either way everyone’s pumped up. K - Kwick quickly follows up with a reverse suplex again focusing on the stomach then capitalises once again with a flapjack. K - Kwick (Ice Blaster) is dominant here.
He picks a beaten Maven (Tazz) up to his feet but never underestimate this rookie as with a burst of energy he gets a rush and brutally hammers away at K - Kwick, right after left after right after left Maven pounds away at the head of K - Kwick right up until the point where he is being held up by the ropes and the referee has to step in and split them up!
K - Kwick falls to the floor in a heap, unable to stand, the crowd cheer madly, Maven was on a mean streak there, that’s so unlike him. After some kicks to the head Maven picks K - Kwick up and mocks him a little by attempting to breakdance then simply tosses him over the top rope and out of the ring! Maven turns around to celebrate unknowing that K - Kwick landed on his feet! Al Snow desperately tries to gain Maven’s attention as he stands on the ropes celebrating.
K - Kwick drop-kicks Maven into the turnbuckle more then moves in, he places him on top of the rope as the crowd all come to their feet, the hip hop star puts the rookie on his shoulders as he too climbs up, Maven is about twelve feet in the air and rising! K - Kwick puts one foot on the top of the turnbuckle and uses it to push away and elevate himself high into the air and WHAM!! MAVEN GOES CRASHING INTO THE CANVAS! Oh wow! The impact dent tremors throughout the arena it was like having a rumble pack in your seat! K - Kwick covers, 1, 2....Kick out! Woah! A kick out, how did that happen?
Without no hesitation K - Kwick slings Maven off the ropes and knocks him back down with a big savatt kick, then he heads top rope once more, he jumps up and points at Maven and signals the end and jumps! K - Kwick goes high with a 450 SPLASH but Maven rolled out of the way! K - Kwick once again left a crumpled mess in the ring but wait Al Snow has slid a Steel Chair into the ring! What on earth! I know this is the King of the ring but fair’s fair. The referee spots this however and without hesitation orders Al Snow to the back! Al Snow is outta here, the ref removes the chair from the ring but Al won’t go so the ref has to physically move him out, it’s all happening here.
Finally the ref returns to the ring and begins a count 1 2 miss a few 7 8 at that both men are up and standing, Irish whip by Maven, K - Kwick comes of the ropes and ducks the closeline, he comes off them again and is forced to jump a laying Maven, again off the ropes and this time ducks a jumping leg spitting opponent, off the ropes again and this time Maven goes for the drop-kick but K - Kwick cartwheels out of the way and comes off the ropes one more time and delivers a flipping senton splash to a fallen Maven which goes straight into the cover 1 2.... Kick out again! Oh wow! Is this gonna end there are other matches!
Maven gets up and is face to face with his opponent, the only man standing between him and the next round, in Maven’s mind things begin to move in slow motion, he has entered that state where you are in full concentration of what is happening, the crowd the arena is a blur and Maven is able to think about what he’s doing and delivers the drop-kick which receives another outburst from the crowd only this time he continues his momentum and runs toward the far turnbuckle, jumps and lands top rope and still facing away he elevates himself for the MOONSAULT!! BANG!! He hits home! The cover 1 2.....3!!! A huge ovation from the crowd ensures as Maven snaps out of it and realises he has won, Al Snow runs from the back to celebrate with his pupil, Maven is in the 2nd round and the crowd love it what a match!
Congrats to Maven (Tazz)
Unlucky K - Kwick (Ice Blaster) HA!
