My vote would go to either FFX or MGS2.

Hmmm, probably Rebel Strike III. Everything else that is highly rated generally deserves it (even if it does come down to personal opinion).

Metal Gear Solid 2 is the most over rated of this generation.

P.N.03 is my most under rated of this generation.

In response :

FFX - As average as it was, it looked beautiful and the Sphere Grid was a pretty cool and new, innovative way to 'level' up. I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Dark Chronicle - Boring at points, and the Atmilla seals peed me off no end.

Super Mario Sunshine - Rocked. Lots. And there was very little general hype :D

Personally, I think the Pro Evo game, but thats probably because I hate footy.

And Manhunt.

I saw reviews of 9's and 90%'s also. I would give it around a 6 or 7. It was a decent game but didn't exactly bring anything new to the RPG table. It was just an average RPG in my opinion

Are you mad, FFF? Manhunt is an amazing game. One of the best PS2 games I've played in a long while. A definite 10/10. I can't comment on Dark Chronicle though as I've never played it.

Quite badly flawed.

FFX was way too linear. 8/10 is a fair mark.

I agree, Final Fantasy X was under-rated. I'd give it a nine but its not good enough to get a ten. I think its better than Metal Gear Solid 2 and Soul Calibur which both got ten.
