I firmly think it is Ocarina of Time.
He thinks Majora.

Well they're hardly going to mess up the battle system seeing as they have that mastered. Only this time, they'll put you in a decent battle with it.
Windwaker's system was masterful, but even the best set pieces could only be described as decent...
They need multiple towns, lots of interaction and bring back the horse riding! :-D
How does the Timeline work?
Orcarina is the first and Majora's Mask follows directly on.
The two Capcom Oracle games were also just after Orcarina as they featured Impa.
So that's simple enough.
Then there's Link to the Past which seems to be set after, where a Wizard breaks the seal to the other "Golden World" or "Dark World" as it has become to let Gannon back in.
The story in the game manual fits Orcarina well even though it was written before OOT was even dreamt of!
Also, although I haven't reached the end yet, so far nothing in the game has affected normal people so it wouldn't have made legend like OOT's story.
I'm guessing that the Windfish one (I can't remember it's name, the Gameboy one) which was a spin-off of Link to the Past so that would be set then.
And then Windwaker is set in the far future.
Seems to work...
Only, where does the two Nes ones fit in? :-S
:-D
