There are some absolute classics! Some of which made the 64 the console it was!
Weve discussed a few in the majoras vs ocarina post but this post is concentrated on those absolutely fantastic moments which have made the series what it is.
A few of my Faves are:
The rebirth of the Deku tree in ocarina of time! When we thought that the Great deku tree was no more, up pops the cute little deku scrub! classic!
recieving the Zoras mask in Majoras mask and learning the New wave bossa nova. Easily one of the best zelda tunes ever and the zora mask was easily the best mask to feature in any of the games!
Being rescued from the forbidden fortress by the dragon and the prince in the Windwaker! easily one of the best cutscenes in the entire game! It was great seeing Gannons tower getting torched at the end.
Just a few of my personal faves. Whos got some better ones?

dont remember anyone using that terminology. I certainly dont think its one of the best zelda moments.

are you playing windwaker or ocarina of time?
Frozen hyrule in windwaker was good but I wouldnt say it was the best bit.
Zelda aint overrated one bit...

Criminally overrated. Fact
When the whole of Hyrule is in black and white, and all the enemies in the temple are still. Then it all comes to life in a flourish of colour.
If Frozen Hyrule is where you get the Master Sword (Im just past that) then I wasn't thaty impressed.
Frozen hyrule by far in WW there's other loads of great moments in both OoT and WW that I can't be bothered to list :s
For the first time ver I just got Epona. Then I jumped the broken bridge in Gerudo Valley for the first time. Well theres another to the list.

Nayrus love came in really handy for the final battle as it prevented gannondorfs magic from hurting you when you were on the tennis type stage. It consumed alot of magic however...
I think my favourite zelda item of all time has to be the boomerang. It worked so smoothly whilst L targetting on both windwaker and OOt. It was so versatile and so stylish! followed closely by Windwakers grappling hook which was also incredibly usefull.
