iam just putting this hopefully to get some answers.
tonight i recieved an email from gamestreet that told me that they had spoken to sony this morning and they had cancelled the release in the uk of gt3 and another date had not been set.
now dont go mad at me iam only trelling u what i recieved ,if you want ill post email on here so u can read it for yourselfs.
i did contact them and they couldnt answer tonight and are ringing me tommorrow. so i hopefully will know more by then.
now if anybody from special reserve can obvuoisly scotch this terrible rumour i will be as pleased as the next guy.
so i wait any repies on here and more importantly from gamestreet tommorrow.

turbo nutter - I still can't get over the controller/vibrator story, that made me giggle furiously in the lab this afternoon.
I'm regretting my girlfriend getting into ridgeracer since she's looking forward to gt3 too. Hopefully for the game not the puslating handpiece.

what has japan got to do with it , we all know its been out there for bloody ages,and also i can tell u now the shops havnt got copies in yet either,they do not get then untill either the wednesday or very rarely tuesday before the friday release date,always.
but i have just downloaded the american intro movie off ign and to be honest after watchin that with ingame footage i dont give a toss if its another year after ive seen that.
makes the demo look like a ps1 game.
so wether it comes out friday or not doesnt matter.
although i have a funny feeling it is coming on friday.

I read about a girl once who used the "text vibration" feature of MGS and a Dual Shock as a díldo. It broke through overuse in the end.

Would they hold up the release of the game disc due to delayed peripherals ? I hope not, I was hoping to take a day off work 'sick' on friday and play GT3 till I ran out of beer, or my controller wore out.
They are all ready to go, but apparently the steering wheels are expected to be late, if the shipments only go out the middle of next week, the Monday could be the earliest for a dual release.
That must be a typo - games are never released on a Monday!
Of course, GT3 could be an exception, but I'd be very surprised.
