I actually thought that it would be technically better than the PS2, boy was I wrong!!!

Hands up how many Nintendo fans tried to s**g off the PS2 for only having 4Mb of embedded VRAM for the Graphics synthesiser chip. Come on now don't be shy, oh well all of you may be interested enough to here that in an official interview on Gamespot ATI's VP of engineering announced that the Gamecube only has 3Mb of embedded VRAM, and it is no where near as fast as the PS2's DRDRAM, which runs at 800mghz and allows a much higher bandwidth in and out of the chip!!

Shame on you all, now apologize to Bonus, then go read the full interview at the address below!!

i odn like 3d platformers like Banjo and DK. okay i did like conker but that was an exception...anyway, Zelda is different becasue u dont go around collecting pointless things like jiggies and bananas. The story lines in zelda help it to keep u intrested.

i liked mario world on the snes more than i liked the 64 version. i like to follow a set path. the 2d games are better in that sense becasue with 3d platformers sometimes u can get lost and get fed up trying to find things. plus i loved riding yoshi on the snes!

I'm not a huuuggggge mazza fan but i love to play a new platform game by shigsy paper mario doesn't really count as platform. Really mario world rocked, 64 ruled, and the GC is going to revolutionise them all but Luigi's mansion is going to show us what Shigsy could of done with mario but it was the idea of a world that he stuck with!

I'm not really a big mario fan, but i am really looking forward to the next zelda installment. nintendo should be able to pull off everything they have everr wanted to do with a zelda game. Masterpiece hopefully.

The PS2 is also said to be pushed to its limits with zone of enders and MGS2. You know what Shigsy said you reach it limits then push a bit harder then a bit harder etc...

Luigi's mansion the apparent number one release title from Nintendo was a little project stuck between two of his larger projects (probabaly Mario and Zelda) so he says which means this great looking title as it is is something that was squeezed in!

I wonder what Mario and Zelda will be like, Ever since Mario 64 2 was announced i wanted it, now it is on GC and now i need it!

I doubt it will as it's so easy to code for. That's one of the major downsides to easy hardware.

Suppose that is true and it is another way to look at it. Thanks for mentioning it. Not enough people actually offer alternative view points. The N64 however had its theoretical hard ware limits smashed ages ago by JFG so maybe GC will improve. Here is hoping.
