Think I like that. Although I'd pick Scott Parker over Alan Smith.
Especially in midfield.
Nice to see Crouch and Bent make the team.

Beckham definitely excels on the right but he did play well in his position in the Northern Ireland game, the problem was that nobody else in the team could play their positions effectively in that formation.

*weep*
Beckham has been class recently. On the right wing, of course. None of this central midfield rubbish.
But he was certainly due a good run!

*looks around in confusion* Erm, keep up to date with La Liga and then say that. 2 of my friends were at the Bernabeu for the Champions League match last week and they said he was unbelievably good.
not dazzling, no. but its been a damn sight better than beckhams! plus the fact, as you mentioned, he's at chelsea with duff, robben and cole for competition, and he's not been getting that much of a chance.

I don't get why Mourinho bought SWP at the moment. He's bound to get a transfer request from one of the wingers at some point, I'm sure of it.
> On form? SWP been showing dazzling form of late, has he?
To be fair, when he's come on he has been in pretty good form. But nothing compared to what Beckham is suddenly doing - so back to the bench Shauny...
