Currently I think it's a ridiculous idea, but I really do want to play San Andreas and I don't want to have to wait a year or whatever to play it on my XBOX. My PC is ancient, and I do plan to update it to the max, but don't have that kind of money at the moment.

I am referring to the PSTwo, you know - they had stacks of GTA copies in!
As soon as GTA turns up I'm off out to get one. Taking bro to Pizza hut then back for some GTA :D
They only had pre-ordered stock in. Next batch due Tues-Wed-Thurs next week, however, if any neighbouring Gamestation stores have any left, they'll send one ove and I'll get it sooner. I doubt that'll happen though.
Had they sold out? I want one of these today, so I hope woolies/big W/comet have some!
I managed to just walk in and pick up a copy this morning. However, I was unable to pick up a PSTwo. PS2's were available though.
Are there limited stocks of San Andreas?
I was considering purchasing a Sony Box complete with San Miguel, but if stocks are limited then that idea is out the window.

Yea like me. However I wasn't planning on getting one of those new ones, but my PS2 went all weird last night and I think it may be on it's way out. So it's just convenient timing as far as I'm concerned.

Go for it, you'll probably be able to pick up a cheap PS2 on eBay, especially since all the SonyMonkeys will be running to get one of those lsightly smaller PS2s...
Being a huge fan of the GTA games, I'd say it's worth picking up a second hand PS2 to play San Andreas. I actually prefer the PS2 versions myself to be honest.
