It's a lot like the first game really. It starts out well but about half way through I loose the will to play and it just gets tedious.
I can't even bring myself to complete the game as it's just so sodding dull. The first bunch of levels were cool but it's all the freaking same after a while. I swear if I have to face another level of shooting crappy enemies in insanely dull enviroments then I'm gonna rip my eyes out and feed them to my goldfish.
It's just rubbish!
Online though it plays like a dream...an extremely nerdy dream, but a dream all the same.

As opposed to what? A thread dedicated to you titled "Shut-up you ignorant c*ck shank".
> Cycloon is always right. The canals sucked.
I thought the canals where excellent, though I loved seeing the decay of the city, and the variety in the locations you pass.
The Buggy section is similar, but better as it allows you to actually get out on foot. The vehicular sections are the weakest part of the game though, but that's because Vehicular section in general do tend to pale in comparison to what the rest of the game offers. That apply's to other games as well, not just HL2.
I just like H2 much better than CS. Offline, of course, HL2 is better, if a little too traditional in places. The gravity gun is a piece of wonder though, combined with the physics.
I know which I grow tired of quicker...
Halo 2 on Live is far superior to CS, I have to say.
As for Halo 2, haven't even played it on LIVE yet, I just can't bring myself to think that online will be better than the unbelievably dull single player mode, that and the fact that CS: Source takes up any spare time I have for online games.
