Thoughts?
I personnaly think it's quite good. Certainly helps shake off the childish image, anyway. Not sure about it being purple though.
Like the G C bit. :0)
The grammatical point of the sentence is changed when the context and the meaning of the syntax is changed. It is relative to the compound verb and the context in which the sentence is used.
Laugh Out Louding?
Have you ever been to an English lesson?
:-)
Oh... you probably don't know what that is.
Well, the New Brains Year Celebration is a lot more than it sounds. Pretty awful name for it actually.
The day starts with a large show of music and dance, performed by brains from all over the world, a small section given to each country. My brain took part in the show once, but he prefers not to talk about it, and would probably make me start hitting myself if he was actually here.
Then, after refreshments at noon, the fighting commences. The age old art of Tawkista, or "brain fighting", is practised just as it was, those thousands of years ago. It involves hand to hand fighting, and is much more of a defense art, than an attack one.
But why do they fight? Well, every year, the ten Celebabidurķa's, hope I spelt it right, are chosen for the year. These brains are then renown throughout the year as the wisest of the brains. I don't understand it myself, I would have thought that a general knowledge quiz would have been more helpful, but it's probably down to tradition. He seems to think that, anyway.
Often, they use bo's to fight, and that's what my brain is doing right now... he's pretty confident about his hand to hand...
The only problem is, it leaves me up crap creek each year, because my exams are always the same time as the NBYC. June 5th.
It is the official one. Planet Gamecube broke into the show while they were setting up the banners, and took photos of the banners, with that logo on. Quite amusing, I thought.
