We were awesome against France, did what we had to do against the Swiss and played some top football against Croatia. The Czechs, Denmark and Sweeden have looked good but England have looked the best team of the tournament.

Agree with that. But England looking the best side in the whole thing?
We played well in our last game, but other then that we have been poor. I think we have one of the best teams and a lot depends on the weather. I think if it's hot on Thursday, we will be out. If it's not then I think we will go through.

Oh and they deserved to go out, along with Spanish they are a side heavily over rated and full of individual players rather than team players. Zambrotta, Buffon, Nesta and Gatusso excluded from the Italians this tournament.
Aside from 50 or so minutes against Sweeden they have looked poor and by far the better teams qualified through the group tonight.

Italy always looked so sedate, except against Sweden in the first half - so ambivalent. At least Sweden and Denmark (WHAT a goal from Tommasson - the first!) wanted to win.

Sweden have been very lucky with late goals, Italy really should have beaten them by a fair few goals. Poor finishing has been the Italians problem.
