Ok, I agree with that.
But try out a mates comp with say a 2400 in it, you will see the difference, and who knows you may want to splash out and buy one.
> if the bloke says that it all works to his liking then it does not matter.
Ok, yup.
On another note the apples have better performance due to ahving such a small amount of hardware configurations that Mac OS has to handle, Windows on the other hand is able to handle most hardware configurations.

You can't possible agree and he can't possibly win.
He says it's stable, well of course it is, it doesn't handle that many processes.
It's crap get over it.

oh yhea thats because they have a ton of RAM in there, i think the new one can take 4x 2gb 400mhz sticks YE-OW-ZA
AMD 64 3.4+ CPU
4x 512mb (pc3200)/400mhz RAM + alloy heatsinks
600w PSU
256mb video card or something like that
10gb + 20gb + 80gb hdd each around 4000 - 7200rpm
dvd-rw + cd-rw
temp controlled heatsink with 80mm fan
2x 80mm fans on the back (temp controlled)
2x fans as above on both sides
a really good sound card (i know little about these)
surround sound
19" sony tft
and a fdd
costing around £1300 to make (tft will cost half of it)
But think about it, Windows, slow as anything, 3ghz, Macs, twice as fast as windows, yet it runs on 1.5ghz.
You bunch of apes, who needs more the 800mhz.
