We really needed a thread for the world's premier type of music, so I created one, and here it is.

Stranger than Fiction was the first BR album I got and it was stuck in my CD player for weeks. American Jesus is from 'Recipe for Hate', another fine album, Big Bang from 'No Control' I think... No Control is one of their early albums, most songs quite short and the production's not as good as later CDs... So I'd say Stranger Than Fiction would be a good place to start, and then download some more tracks from Epitaph.com if you want to get some more albums to see which you'll like most.

I loooove 21st Century Digital Boy, I also have American Jesus and Big Bang which are both good, just not quite as catchy as Digital Boy.

I was gonna buy Stranger than Fiction the other day but decided to wait, in case they have any other albums that are meant to be way better.

There isn't a best... They have over ten albums, almost every one is great. 'The Empire Strikes First' is their latest and is great.

I would recommend going to www.epitaph.com then clicking the 'Bands' drop down box and going to Bad Religion. From there you can get to pages for each Bad Religion album on Epitaph (which is most of them), and download 2/3 songs from each. You can also check badreligion.com for MP3s, but I think most of those are on the Epitaph site...

Anyway, most of their albums are great, what song(s) have you heard, that way I can guage what era of their work you'd probably be interested in...?

If it doesn't count as heavy metal then get over yourselves.

Cheers, great to know they can be bought, but I think £18 is a bit extortionate for something that costs $3 in the first place :s

Wanted to do Download but exams were a minor embuggerance. Bah, who needs A-levels anyway.....
