Alright I'm going to give one a try and I've seen them on videogamesplus.ca for around £195 with a hockey game and you have to order another one as part of the deal as they are in demand. I was thinking Ridge Racers and getting Wipeout soon but thats on back order with them. What do I need to charge it with? Best place to get one? Also am I likely to get stung on tax? Tell me what I need and what I don't as I'm a total newbie as far as the PSP goes.

Yeah, go with videogamesplus.ca unless Importmadness has stock ready for immediate shipment.

I got mine from ImportMadness and they chucked in a little UK plug with 2 holes in the back where you slot in the charger cable - I didn't need it, mind, seeing as I have approximately 9000 figure cables lying around the house :D

I'd recommend Ridge Racer, it's my favourite of the three games I have so far - wipeout is still on it's way and I now have Twisted Metal on order.

Stay away from Metal Gear Acid.

At the end of the day, go with either Importmadness or Videogamesplus. They both 100% guaranteed mark the items down to dodge taxes. Importmadness now use OCS instead of Fed-Ex, which is good because OCS are very quick at delivery.

Any more advice needed, gimme a shout.

I would recommend videogamesplus.ca as I had my PSP within 3 days. Maybe not quite as cheap as other places but it does come quick and without any custom charges. What ever place you chose make sure they are willing to mark it down as a gift at $20 as if not YOU will most definatly get charged import tax and on a PSP your looking at adding £50+ to the total.

Get one they are ace! Charging all you need is a standard figure of 8 power cable like the ones you use for a PS2 or Xbox. You might want to get a bigger memory card too if you want to keep songs or films on it. The tax thing is funny it all depends on how the seller describes the package, if they say its a toy your more likely not to get charged. I paid £195 including postage with 1 game and i wish i got more games as they are hard to get hold of as so many people are after them.

I could be getting a DS this Sunday.
But I turned it down in lieu of PSP credit.

I think with importing hardware, you're probably better off going onto ebay.
I got my DS off there, and avoided a lot of the trouble other people seemed to have.
