Pretty much confirmed news:

The Revolution will also be a wireless router for the home, connect broadband to it and it will allow nearby consoles to link and go online. Such as a DS for example.

Rumours:

Revolution will be VERY cheap, will be only a little more powerful than a Gamecube and vastly inferior to X-box 360 and PS3. There will be multiple controllers, touch screen, gyro and camera are all being touted.

If the latter is true then I told you Nintendo are gunning for a different market.

To do a Dreamcast they need to not be a company that is not making profit and have billions in the bank.

Nintendo don't tend to stake so much on an idea they're not sure about. They barely supported GBA-GC and the 64DD was only released in Japan.

Whilst they pushed analogue, Rumble pack, the DS and the Gameboy.

Mega success.

This means a monumental mistake could very well be in the works. They could 'do a Dreamcast' next time around.

Heh.

With girlfriend simulators you could at least find a decent excuse for needing to shout LAUNCH!!!111

I'm guessing touch screen controllers would work really with girlfriend simulators. Maybe they could make it scratch and sniff as well?

Go over to Japan where the gamers are bored and the sales are falling.

Then go and tell me gaming doesn't need to change.

Oh yeah FFF, once again, Nintendo don't test systems, and Nintendo are bound to have not thought of a way to counteract this if Gyro controllers aren't real.

God Nintendo are stupid, they've never made a good game or system in their life. They always go on about Nothing and everyone in the world see them as failures.

It isn't as if they've released a revolutionary handheld that has sold 5 million worldwide in little under 6 months.

Hmmmm.

Goldeneye actually had a setting that allowed you to play using two controllers. One analogue for moving and one for aiming: it was bizarre but actually worked really well when you got used to it.
