OK so it is all commercialised. But how often do most people make the effort to be romantic anymore apart from Valentine's Day? Rarely.
Romance = wonderful, hence Valentines day = good.
Also, why is it usually the guy that has to spend loads of money taking the girl out on valentines? I want to be spoiled dag-nabbit!
