Well, the drug is being (or has been) downgraded to class C. What does this mean? The government are keen to point out that it is still illegal, that those in possession will still be arrested.

On the news tonight, they used the phrase "Cannabis, a drug tens of thousands of people choose to smoke each week". I think they are seriously underestimating how widespread its use is. I wager everyone on here knows somebody who smokes it, I certainly do. Could decriminalizing the drug work in this country? There are huge benefits for the government in the way that it would free up a lot of police time, which could be used for catching those dealing/possessing harder drugs.

Is there any point whatsoever in downgrading the drug as they have done?

Do you have any views on the drug, or the questions I have asked above?

It's not hard to do, just keep pointing out how dumb he is.
After a period of about 2 weeks of relentless dodging of topics, avoidance of questions and digging deeper and deeper, he snaps and goes mental - the last one was the "IBi s Guilty" spam-frenzy - and runs away for 3 weeks to lick his wounds and indulge in marathon cartoon sessions with his frien....er....marathon cartoon sessions.

Then he returns, posts mainly in the Xbox forum declaring how he won't post in Life anymore and how we're all stupid.
Then he can't resist, his selective memory obliterates the humiliation of the previous experience, and proceeds to get outclassed by even rudimentary logic and humour.

Best to hurry though, he's got about 2 weeks left of his "I'll ignore the fact I said I was leaving (again) and now I believe I am intelligent, urbane and witty" phase before the headwrong kicks in and he goes mental.

Just ask Insane Bartender, he was banned after Bell's last frenz...oh no, my mistake, he wasn't banned at all.
I'm guessing even the staff think Bell is little more than the shame-pinata of SR.

It really is quite fun in a time wasting way though sadly I shall have to depart at 9PM for last minute revision calls, though at this point is of limited value. Still if there is a drugs related question I should be laughing...metaphorically of course.
