In other news, Tommy Hill is riding for the Swan team next year - who will be Swan Yamaha, not Swan Honda.
Apparently, there's potential for him to move within the Yam family too, providing he does well!
With the GP testing, I don't think it's really going to be an issue that Rossi was a long way down on times - Ducati have made it clear that they weren't looking for lap times (I guess they would though wouldn't they) - I think come february, if they're not fast then they'll be problems!
Donington Park is back on WSBK calendar for round 2 at the end of March.I'll probably go but reckon it might be a bit on the cold side.Good news but it does seem a strange time of year to host a race in the UK,maybe the teams wanted to test out their tyre warmers ! ?.

I think I've heard the last of it now, but if you had snatched victory from the last race then there would've been problems!

GP was alright again, gutted for Hayden though as he was absolutely flying.Looked like another front end fold to me ?
Really enjoyed the GP actually, the races at the end of the season have been much better - it's been great watching simoncelli fighting with the other Hondas!
Yet again though it was the Moto 2 which upstaged the main event.Another edge of the seat job and a very surprising winner in the form of Karel Abraham. He may well be bankrolled by daddy but did he show that he can ride today or what ?
I'd agree, great racing - didn't think much of Elias' paintjob though sure it was a cunning plan to distract other riders (which backfired at bit though!).
Was wicked watching Scott redding scraping his elbows at the start of the race too.
You're probably right, Abraham will have a 'difficult' season next year, but he did ride well at the weekend. He seems to be one of those riders who is really good, or just bins it! I'm sure there's some middle ground there........
Moto2 was a great idea, hopefully moto3 will be as successful!
And of course HUGE congratulations to Mrs.Numnut who kicked all of our asses in this years Freeola Championship !

Think the BBC should have some testing coverage on their web site today as well.......
