Dragon Age: Origins released Europe on Oct 23 Info
Its more an action/adventure/RPG of the Fable nature from the looks. But you have multiple playing paths which is always good for playability.
White Knight Chronicles released Nov '09 Q&A
More Final Fantasy style'd then DA:O and apparently with great online capabilites so..... much awaited.
Demon's Souls released Oct 6th Info
More action/RPG again but hey, we can't afford to be picky. Game footage looks ok, and previews seems decent. The online aspect seems good, allowing users to pop in and help youat any time if you wish, but this quote troubles me "but we were told that at a certain point in the game--once you've received a particular stone--you can force your way into another player's game and vice versa."
There is also some more info on.....
Final Fantasy 13!!!! Release Date Early 2010
Seems to have a lot more information than when I last looked on the Wiki Page

Still that's why I'm going to convince a few mates to get it and only play it for the "group factor" with you and some others.
Been quite excited about it for a while (as you can see from the original post in this thread)

In the US at the moment.
And I didn't mean it like that, I just meant it sounds like you don't want one more than you do...if that makes sense. Having to justify it, rather than reasoning it, say, with your girlfriend :D
But you are right, doesn't sound like it would be that much of a bonus to you. Although I still say a console for the price of two games aint bad.

If I didnt want to get one, then there'd be no conversation about it. I'm not going to force myself to buy something I dont want. :) I want one, but at the same time I feel the need to justify it on some level. Sadly, 4 or 5 older games and maybe 10% less screen tearing on multiplatform titles doesnt seem to justify it at present.
Check this line out:
"A North America and Europe version will also have the voicechat simultaneously released. Both will be used in accordance with a Bluetooth Headset, which will have to be bought separately for better communication with other players during gameplay on sub-quests."
And:
"This system is an online mode that lets you create your own town. It can function as lobby and can allow you to set up a shop. People can enter this virtual town and also take a look around. The editing mode functions as a system that you can place from a list of objects ranging from houses and other garden accessories to anything customizable for your town. You can even have your town placed in the middle of plains, deserts, or wilderness. There are six different field types. Other items can also help you shape your hub, e.g. elevated platforms, embankments, trees, and other items. You can decorate your town however you want.
You can recruit non-player characters to join your town from your Story Mode. This makes your Georama change depending on whoever living in it. Non-player characters have jobs and specific skill levels, which will affect the kind of materials and items you can use in your Georama. Each player has their own Geonet that can create up to 20 Georama rooms."
And excitingly:
"As per the playable demo at the 2007 Tokyo Game Show, some enemies are extremely large in size, in one piece of concept artwork, a massive turtle-like creature is depicted carrying an entire city on its back"
