Dragon Age: Origins released Europe on Oct 23 Info
Its more an action/adventure/RPG of the Fable nature from the looks. But you have multiple playing paths which is always good for playability.
White Knight Chronicles released Nov '09 Q&A
More Final Fantasy style'd then DA:O and apparently with great online capabilites so..... much awaited.
Demon's Souls released Oct 6th Info
More action/RPG again but hey, we can't afford to be picky. Game footage looks ok, and previews seems decent. The online aspect seems good, allowing users to pop in and help youat any time if you wish, but this quote troubles me "but we were told that at a certain point in the game--once you've received a particular stone--you can force your way into another player's game and vice versa."
There is also some more info on.....
Final Fantasy 13!!!! Release Date Early 2010
Seems to have a lot more information than when I last looked on the Wiki Page
UPDATE 20/08

A new Tri-Ace game, for PS3! Fans of Lost Odyssey rejoice!
Couple of interesting point here too [LINKhttp://www.rpgamer.com/news/Q2-2009/042209a.html]Linky[/LINK]
Also i just added the trophies for WKC - seems like they might actually be fun and enjoyable to get, unlike some on RPG's lol!!
Looking forward to getting it now, but need to watch some more gameplay footage as i dont know much about it at all lol
All I know is since getting the XBox I've only turned my PS3 on to play Borderlands with my mate. And WOW has not been played since.
But it sounded like you didn't really want to get an XBox anyway. It's all a case of personal situation. If I was in a situation where I could get one, I would. Without question.
Other smaller benefits include that it tends to get updates and extra features more quickly than PSN. Not really that great a deal.
It's nice to have, and they can be horrendously cheap these days. You can pick up an Arcade model for around £80, if not cheaper. This will let you play all the back dated exclusives without laying out too much.
And the RPG's alone make it worth while for me. Mass Effect is a bonus.
The noise is annoying but you can install it to hard drive and it is pretty much eliminated. Really would advise getting one if you can afford it.
@ Warhunt - I have no RPG's at the moment,oh i have Blue Dragon but my time is filled with MAG and other various games from LoveFilm.
You want Magna carta 2 now? lol - i thought it looked ok, but who knows, RPG's are a random one, you either take to them or you don't.
Warhunt are you satisfied with your 360 purchase? I'm really quite tempted to buy one at the moment. But beyond Blue Dragon
Lost Odyssey, Infinite Undiscovery and Fable 2, not sure theres anything else to interest me given I'm not a big fan of FPS console playing.
What RPG's do you have at the moment by the way?
