Chelsea have apparently said they would be prepared to table a bid for £60 million if he were available at that price.

This comes only days after offering Arsenal £40-50 million for Henry.

So. Van the man is worth more to Chelsea than Henry eh?

Well he's supposed to have said that as long as Fergie stays he'll sign a new contract. Probably feels he owes some loyalty to Fergie after he stuck with Ruud throughout his injury.
He's also meant to have said that he'd never leave United for another english club because after playing for United there is no other team that compares.

as for henry vs ruud,
i'd rather have henry in my team anyday.
some people say they woudnt choose him as a main striker, as he focuses on a more all round game, whereas van nistlerroy passes, shoots, and heads it.
