I got a pair of the propper Sony noise cancelling ones at the start of the year - uses frequency shifting to filter out background noise as well as the rubber plugs. Very expensive (around £100 plus import) - totally rubbish. Like every other set of Sony headphones I've ever used. Pair of Steinheiser HD200s - half the price and many, many times better.
Can't beat a good old iPod - you also get a brilliant set of headphones with the new versions.
Listening to music.. *skakes as hard as can*
Still listening to music.
Hehe, but walking and running it would be fine.
You can kick a MiniDisc around in the sand or something and it still plays afterwards.
But its not my money to spend, but there's my 2 cents.
they also have meaty bass responses.
Anyway, they will work with any hifi or cd player etc. The only thing that makes them better than other headphones is the better magnets. Same plug and everything.
