The Grand Theft Auto "double pack" is set to hit shelves in North America on October 22, 2003 for PlayStation®2 and on November 4, 2003 for Xbox.

One thing I find interesting, people without an Xbox constantly, usually, go on about Halo is not an amazing game, yet when a similar game comes out for another system, it's instantly compared to Halo and measured against it.
Killzone may be as good as Halo, Xbox users won't care 'cause by then we will have Halo 2 and Half Life 2.

Don't be so sure. Mario Kart is an original game and not merely a conversion. Definately a 'wait and see' type of thing. I know people who are getting Cubes simply for MK, I myself will get a second one simply for MK.

Devil May Cry will never appear on the Xbox and it still remains one of the greatest titles to date. Pro Evolution is without a doubt the best footie series and I am guessing you know sweet FA about Killzone as it looks like a FPS game to challenge Halo. Then there are other titles like Jak and Daxter, Ape Escape, Tenchu etc that are great titles that will always sell.

None of those PS2 titles interest me.
1) They are on the PS2 in the first place. ;)
2) No doubt they or their sequels will migrate to Xbox aswell as being on the PS2.

PS2 still has Devil May Cry, Manhunt, Pro Evolution 3, Killzone, Metal Gear Solid 3 + quite a few more kick ass titles on the way.
Where is Mav when you need him? I said it would happen but there were a few who said don't believe it until you see it. I am still picking up Vice City for the PS2 but in terms of the annoying and boring topic of sales I think this should finally put the Xbox into second spot.
Come christmas Microsoft will make some sort of deal.

Could be interesting to see how it sells on the console - Seeing as the visuals will be more advanced then the PS2 version and every Xbox owner needs something to play in the wait for Halo 2.

Great news and should help MS come Xmas, people who just really want a little GTA will go for the cheaper console, and that's going to be Xbox.
