"When the end of mankind arrives..."

What do you think will cause it? It is going to end for sure, because the sun will burn out, but that won't be for billions of years and I'm inclined to think that mankind will end along time before then. So what will it be?

A nuclear war?
An asteroid collision?
Machines taking control?
The "grey goo" theory?
The prophesies in Revelations occuring?

Or something else?

i hope a comet the size of the sun really PLOUGHS into earth killing everyone and everything a million times over.....then the universe implodes......in reverse.

Are you sure it isn't just because they wanted to keep the threat up, and it would not be a good story to say that we are safe? Remember, good news for us is bad new for the media.

Meh, it was obviously a slow news day...what with the Hutton Enquiry, 4 US deaths in Iraq, etc
