"Painful"

I woke up this morning and sat up and the back of my leg started thudding really hard and the muscle was pulling really tight.
Now i can walk, or even stand up, my leg wont go straight. My mum even heard me screaming "outch" at like 6.00AM.
Um anyone know what it is, i kinda like to walk. It's a huge job just going to the toilet, takes about 5 minuets because i have to craw there on my hands and knees.

So if you have had it, please tell me how to make it stop, it is still pulling and im in serious pain.

How far are you travelling, to be honest dude i think it is a wast of time me travelling 2 miles down the road too it.
Trust me it is beyond bad.

I'll have to find out from my mate. It's his birthday on Friday, and that's why we're going.

i was sitting with the missus on the grass a few weeks ago, and we were kind of comfortable and i started to get pins and needles in one of my legs. As we were comfortable i decided not to move and the pins and needles disappeared.........then i tried to stand up, i'd basically been sitting on my legand i must have cut the blood flow or something, i tried to stand up, and i couldn't actually feel where my foot was! i knew it would only last a few minutes but for a few moments i felt a little of what someone missing a limb must feel like, you really don't appreciate how strange it feels, I was hopping about quite a bit and looked like a bit of a ttwat but it makes you think.

When you sit down, the muscles in your leg relax, which is why it doesn't hurt as much. Or do they contract? Anyway, there's less weight on them when you sit down.

When i sit down it stop hurting, just when i try and walk.
Tis getting better, just slowly.

Has it stopped hurting yet? Reminds me of when I was running around outside onc, before I lived in Norfolk, and I ran onto some very round pieces of gravel which rolled under my feet and made me slide into a fence. I sprained my ankle from it and was in pain all day.
