I woke up this morning and sat up and the back of my leg started thudding really hard and the muscle was pulling really tight.
Now i can walk, or even stand up, my leg wont go straight. My mum even heard me screaming "outch" at like 6.00AM.
Um anyone know what it is, i kinda like to walk. It's a huge job just going to the toilet, takes about 5 minuets because i have to craw there on my hands and knees.

So if you have had it, please tell me how to make it stop, it is still pulling and im in serious pain.

Thanks.

go to a physio/sports injury specialist. he'll straighten you right out.

I believe the common practise is 3 or 4 incredibly painful injections directly into your spine.

that last bit may not be true

It's down to poor circulation of your blood. Which in turn is due to a lack of exercise and sitting in one position for too long. It can also lead (in the most extreme cases) to DVT, which can be fatal. Everyone suffers from "pins and needles" (to use laymens terms) at some point in their lives. The easiest way to remedy such a common affliction is to move around (perchance looking slightly foolish) and rub the affected limb until feeling returns.

Heh, I get this all the time , i think ive got poor circulation. But one time i woke up to find my hand was dead, im talking total and utter loss of feeling. The loss of feeling made me lose judgement of how much i was moving my arm and i ended up throwing my arm into my face. I had to grab it with my other hand until the feeling came back.
