"Painful"

I woke up this morning and sat up and the back of my leg started thudding really hard and the muscle was pulling really tight.
Now i can walk, or even stand up, my leg wont go straight. My mum even heard me screaming "outch" at like 6.00AM.
Um anyone know what it is, i kinda like to walk. It's a huge job just going to the toilet, takes about 5 minuets because i have to craw there on my hands and knees.

So if you have had it, please tell me how to make it stop, it is still pulling and im in serious pain.

It's called cramp.
God, kids nowadays know nothing.

I once had something like that a few years ago when I had pulled every single muscle in my back don't know how I managed to do that though.

Sounds painful.

Your leg muscle has gone into spasm, it happens all the time with the muscle in my foot, it tightens up and makes my big toe bend an alarming distance.

Usually just keeping my warm hands on it eventually loosens it off though.

I think there is science behind it, I just don't know it.

What did you eat yesterday.

Considering I had one this morning (left leg)

I ate the following yesterday-

1 litre of ice cream
1 egg sandwhich

His muscle in his leg is shrinking. ;-)

Well perhaps its a malignant tumour and he is going to die. Ah well.

No he doesn't.

He just got cramp, thats all!
