"Daredevil DVD problem..."

Can someone tell me if this is a regular accurance in all Region 2 Daredevil DVD's. I played the film on a standard 4:3 TV and I am experiencing a purple line constantly flickering through a couple of the scenes in the film. Its between Chapters 20 - 23 and the line is half way between the bottom of the TV screen and the bottom of the widescreen picture.

I only got it last Thursday but I don't want to send it back if it is just a video transfer problem with all Region 2 Daredevil DVD's.

I collect DVD's. As a DVD Daredevil is very good. I only ask the question about that as I own quite a few DVD's and with the majority of poor films and poor DVD's around Daredevil is better than the majority.

That's my really rough top 10. It'll be different tomorrow. They all habve their fair share of action. some are more intelligent than others.

Got The Rock. Love it and there isn't an action film since which will live up to it. I love buying DVD's and I am still waiting for you to list some that you class as worthy purchases.

Like I have said. Its better than 90% of the bull released these days and as a DVD its very good.

Yes. You're right. 90% of todays releases are absolute cack. Daredevil falls into this category.

Compare Daredevil to action films like erm...The Rock or something, and it sucks ass. Hell, it doesn't even have lots of action!

The camerawork is horrible in some sections and overall the acting is cheesy and unconvincing.

I am only asking you to list your top 10 films because as you class Daredevil as "sub-par" I am interested to what you think is a decent action film.

I just want to know what 'you' class as a decent film? Considering 90% of todays releases don't even include the basics I don't think Daredevil is bad in comparison.
