Look at it this way.
No other country in the world would change it's flag because of the changing % of racial types.
Take any black country and make 50% of it's population white, somehow I don't think they'd go splashing white bits all over the flag.
Britain just sucks.

I think the monarchy is cool. I want Harry as king, I get the feeling he would do things like suspend parliament and throw huge street parties for no reason.
