the deftones are finally coming back to London. June 2nd Brixton academy. Should be excelllent. Thats now radiohead, deftones and queens in the space of a month. Im one happy lad.

Probably not mate. I've seen em' twice already (Around The Fur and White Pony Tours). I've been coerced into taking my missus to see Silverchair >_<

Heard the full version of 'Hexagram' today and also 'Lucky You' which is on the new Matrix soundtrack. It's the 'Teenager' of the new album and is basically a Team Sleep song. Following that song on the Matrix album is a Team Sleep song, so you can imagine what it sounds like. Wasn't impressed with 'Lucky You', though I like the chorus, just not the Phaser Gun sounds. 'Hexagram' just makes me feel like Chino's past it.

yea, i like minerva, but the video is pretty dull. although not all their videos r that dull. i really like the my own summer video, i think thats cool with the sharks.

Was sitting at a mates house today and we were jsut about to turn the TV off. We were watching music channels which I never see, as I don't have digital and stuff and when we are at his we aren't really that bored.
But anyway, was about to leave the room when we heard the start of Minerva...*shock horror*...and what was up in the corner? Exclusive!
Well I ahd heard of the video as it was being made, what it featured and all that and this morning saw some screenshots of it. Was going to download the mpeg video a few hours later when the guy put it up but instead I ran off to my mates after playing Zelda for a while.
But I didn't expect MTV 2 to have it as soon as I saw the first screenshots that morning.
The video was pretty poop, like all of the other videos I've seen them do. Doesn't bother me though, love the music. The video I heard about a few weeks ago was them playing in the desert with a huge gust of wind blowing against them pushing sand in their face etc. Instead I saw no sand and very light wind, we get stronger here at Southend.
As for the song itself, I see myself getting bored of it very quickly, I just can't attach to it like everything else I've heard by them. But I suppose it takes time, even though I've gone past the point when I really liked it (the first time), but then again, aren't most singles suppose to be like that?
It's suppose to be the most single like material on the new album, and from the clips I've heard I'd say those who say that were right.
