Wow yesterday I experienced my first typhoon (that's what they call hurricanes here). Just imagine the strongest rain and wind you've experienced in the UK and times it by 10.
Everyone carries an umbrella here and you can imagine how many millions were destroyed yesterday. My wife ruined hers the moment she stepped out of her office.
Lots of fallen trees everywhere, things flying around, oh and have you ever experienced being rocked side to side in your car by someone outside? Well it's like that when you drive a car in a hurricane. At one point I couldn't even open the car door because the wind outside was so strong.

Just a heads up if anyone's interested. Gamestation are giving an extra tenner off any version of Gears Of War 3 when you trade in 2 or more 360 games. I was undecided whether to bother with it or not but 3 ancient games I hadn't touched in a couple of years and £20 swayed me into giving it a go. They give you a code for 400 M$ points as well. Thought it was pretty good deal TBH.
