I have a picture of me and my brother taken as we were playing on my daughters Kinect. We are both about 2ft off the floor in some kind of star jump position. I would like to add that we look quite a lot less elegant than the guys in this pic! Luckily I haven't the faintest idea how to get it off my 360 and thats the way its going to stay!

This is just class, wish I could take pictures like this.

This is ace too, really good.

Very simple, yet very effective.
They are all very good to be fair but those were the ones which really caught my eye.
Really liking your daughter in laws pics DL, good stuff.
Thanks pete ... she is good and does need our support at the moment and this is all good for her to see, she'll be thrilled :¬)
Tell me the ones you like the most (I can guess!) and I'll get her to post some more, she takes 'shed loads' on shoots.
I was in the original DDay portfolio, but she took me out because I looked too much like Cpl Jones ha ha, but it was a good holiday. (Anyway, I've got the 'colour' originals, so I might just post my own some day) :¬D
It looks like it's been around since August...
Just had a word. It's been there on/off between August and September! The friend who is developing it didn't want it to be "found" so didn't include any SEO etc etc???? So why go live?
The spelling/grammar and general layout errors are known about by daughter-in-law but the 'friend' hasn't touched it since September last year and her contact link given on the site allows her to receive on but not to reply from her laptop!!
Oh dear, why do children always leave it to the last minute to tell you things that can be solved reasonably quickly if told in good time, one of the last great mysteries of the Universe I suspect :¬)
'Spelling/Grammar' - perhaps they were afraid to tell you! :¬P

Now I know I'll have words with her about it and see what I can do ... shall see her at 6.30pm :¬)
Now I've had a quick look, I see what you mean and spelling has not been checked either!!! Will have to send the troops in quick :¬)
I see she has a 'non-Freeola' website as well - pffft! ;¬)
Perhaps you could assist with some SEO to improve business?
Lots of SEO tips in previous posts etc. here on Freeola!
[s]Hmmm...[/s] Also, looked through some of the photo's. Good work. I'm no expert admittedly but they seem good for a non-professional (in the nicest way of that phrase being put).
Does she have anyone do Photoshop editing for her?
Thanks again WH, a little more has come from the initial meeting ... basically a shambles!! No paperwork or figures available as quote "HR didn't have enough time, they will be available on Saturday!!" Something ain't right here!!!
And yes, she does have someone do Photoshop editing ... she does it herself ha ha :¬D Told you, she's good.

"The three eligibility criteria set by the DWP are that you are:
Employed by your employer into the qualifying week which is the 15th week before the week your baby is due; and
Employed by the same employer continuously (some breaks do not interrupt continuity) for at least 26 weeks into the 15th week before the week your baby is due. Part weeks count as full weeks, and
Earning before tax an average of £87.00 a week for tax year 2007/8 and £90.00 a week in 2008/9. This is called the Lower Earnings Limit for National Insurance Contributions (NI) and is the amount you have to earn to qualify for benefits. You have to earn more than this amount before you actually start paying NI.
So to answer your question specifically - if you are made redundant before you hit the 15 weeks before EWC point then you will not get SMP from your employer"

If she does decide to set things up let us know. I'm sure between us we have a few potential leads.
Thanks again for that WH ... not heard anything from meeting yet. The 'leads' idea sounds great so if it isn't breaking any rules this is an idea of her work, feel free to browse:
