An hour's walk to a different beach today, but at least we got a swim. Bit of a drag walking back though, but it was 9pm and getting dark so the bats were flying over our heads, which was cool.
Possibly going back to the beach tomorrow if we can get the strength and it isn't too hot.

7.30am start today, taking the dogs for a walk again (well, mostly running rather than walking)
Just waiting for dinner, a little late at 2.15pm, but welcome all the same.
Just got my hair cut and coloured, seems cheaper here than the UK and they did a good job too. Youngest got some braids, so she's happy.

Re: The media coverage of the Paralympics , I agree it has generally been rather underwhelming so far. Reporting in the UK has always been very biased towards certain sports while others seem totally ignored. Over the years there have been many examples of Brits who have excelled in their sport at world level but sadly their achievements did not seem worthy of any notable coverage. Instead the UK media chose to give their attention to the likes of 'tiger' Tim Henman.

Wrong thread I know but ... 'AVG Do Not Track' has made web page loading like lightning especially Freeola's with its Google Analytics and Facebook Connect plugins ;¬)
