Not a bad start to the day, weather-wise. Cool, but not too cold.
Noticed that the last few days there has been a huge difference in temperature between the north and south of the country. Seems odd for such a small country, but I guess it's where the Gulf stream works more to the south and Scotland being on a line with Norway, so shouldn't be too surprising.
People keep saying we're going to have the coldest November for many years, but looks like it hasn't started yet.

So tired today. Crawled out of bed at 7am, which is late for me on a weekday. Kids got to bed late last night because of fireworks display at our local rugby club is everything else ended up later as well.

Really enjoyed both of the Batman games, that bundle looks worth getting for those alone.
New COD is a meh from me (only tried the multiplayer). Already fed up with quick scoping camping cheats, dogs are annoying as hell, maps seem a bit too large and apart from the new turbo charged Cranked mode it does indeed seem to run a tad slow. It does have some new modes which are good fun but some old faves have gone (Headquarters & Capture The Flag for example). It's not awful by any means but I wouldn't recommend rushing out to get it if you're not a big fan of the series. Black Ops 2 was much better IMHO and you can get that for about a tenner these days. Graphically Ghosts actually looks pretty good for something running on an aging console, good enough for me anyway.
I wonder how long will it be before Hmmm shouts at us again for talking games on here?!!! :P

What is the quality of the Independant newspaper? Is it any good for wiping your a**e...for example?
