Sorted gas account and paid. So he's now in a 'credit' situation!!
Guess it's hard when you're 90 in 2 weeks time and don't really have a clue what's going on but you do remember shooting down two Japanese bombers over the Pacific like it was yesterday and also the medal you got from King George VI.

Hey everyone, update from the electricity bill saga (EDIT: King.com are now after me).
A discussion with British Gas has determined that I am now, in fact, £20 or so in credit, and my Direct Debit does not need to be doubled. I believe that to be a positive outcome.

What does everyone think about Amazon Prime and Lovefilm membership merging? Quite good at £49 a year, not so good at £79 a year. Still, I suppose if you order lots of stuff and watch lots of video then it's probably worth it.
