Morning.

@DL - sounds like hard work again, hope you get some reward for it all.

My plan to go in to work backfired when I was up most of the night with stomach pains. Just too exhausted today.

Evening pb ...

Just back from an all day 'blitz' of mother-in-law's gardens...one man assault actually! Last comment I heard her make was "well it's a bit better"!!!
Mrs DL actually took her to task and said she'd never seen the gardens looking so well maintained! Thanks Mrs DL :¬)

So, a hard-working day perhaps not as enjoyable as yours ...

Eldest decided to go to Canonteign Falls for her 10th Birthday today, so we've been out all day. Good day out, though. Long walk up to the highest waterfall in England (though technically the top is man made back in Victorian times), but even the dog managed it.

Nice ploughmans at the cafe there, as well. If anyone's in Devon looking for things to do, I can really recommend it.

Morning.

This is our last Saturday before lessons start back up for the girls. There's an event on down in the local park, though, so no doubt we'll be down at that at some point today.

Only another few days and the kids are back at school, too.

Morning,

I was reading a news article this morning about people trying to sell their referendum vote on Ebay. It is remarkable what people will do to get a bit of money.

Anyway, if anyone happens to be in Perth on the 18th September, my price is very competitive :)

Morning.

Not feeling all that great today. Hopefully just my body rebelling against the early morning.

Also, the bamboo with the yin-yang (bottom left) has all fallen over and I need new black and white small pebbles to try and get the shape back.

Hard to find that width of bamboo, but the search goes on...

heh. The earlier pics were taken with a small Fuji camera and that was the max resolution it could handle. The newer ones with my iPhone, which just goes to show how integration has also crept in to technology.

Indeed, that garden is rather impressive. The improvement in picture quality is also quite amazing - shows how the readily available technology has improved in the last 12 years or so!
