This should be a thread on its own! I remember my PS1 and my beloved Crash Bandicoot, fun times.

On the bus home. Just popped my head round the forum's door to say hello.
No change on father-in-law as yet. Mrs DL returned home yesterday evening as we have a Grandparents afternoon today at Millie's nursery ... should be fun! :¬)
Just returned from visiting father-in-law. He's still with us but not a pretty sight! Strange how you change when the 'end' is near. Took my two sons and they were surprised at the change. He hasn't long and seemed to 'begin his journey' whilest we were there but he rallied. So ... time will tell
Hope you've all had a more fruitful and productive day :¬)
Recycling centre this morning, got rid of another load of stuff from the house and garage and gave a bike to next door's kids, so they were happy.
Back to the routine of swimming this afternoon, so that involves me waiting in the car for them to finish.
What is everybody up to today?
Sounds like my father-in-law last December. Mixed emotions for you, by the sound of, must be difficult.
Mixed emotions somewhat ... over recent years he hasn't helped himself tbh and it's possibly a contributary factor now. Nonetheless, he's had too much to cope with during the last month and his body (at 90 and as a surviving para of WW2) has finally said enough is enough!
Now the call has come ... we await 'the call'!
My mum's was quite brief, a few years ago now, and went as follows ...
"If you want to see your mother, then come now!" The fact that I was 15 miles away and at work, didn't seem to enter into the equation!
