Not tried that. I tend to rely on a whack from my wife but there are a couple of times a year when that 'alarm' isn't available.

Still well worth doing, as HM pointed out before.

Have you tried one of those activity watches that have a vibrating alarm on and track your sleep at the same time? We got one to try out from Amazon and they're pretty good.

hope it clears up soon pb.

Managed to wake up in time today. With one working ear that needs help, I tend to find I never hear my alarms. It only become an issue when my wife is away but my backup alarm did the trick today.

After recent discussions instigated by HM, I had my first eye test since school yesterday. To put it into context, I left school in 92. Eye health is fine and I'm not needing glasses yet. The eye tests are very different to how I remember.
