Mrs DL has been spotted crossing the Atlantic ... 869 sea miles down range, 3560 to go ... looking good Houston :¬)
Well ... early start, finally left as daughter-in-law faffing around at 0620. Dropped them off at 0827 at Heathrow and back home at 1102. Round trip of 258 miles and they've only just taken off! Scheduled 1235, actual 1316 ... which tbh isn't unusual at Heathrow.

1 degree out there today but to show pb and his heated seats how hard I am, I retracted the roof, rolled down the window, put the aircon onto its coldest setting and stripped down to my undies.
Ok, so the temperature part may be the only truthful part of that and I'd have to cut my car roof off to retract it.
@DL... we may as well use dial up in my office. 0.05mbps speed rating last week.

This has taken numerous phone calls and weighing sessions before I could post this momentous accomplishment ... Mrs DL and daughter-in-law will now 'hopefully' be ready for a 6.20am start tomorrow for Heathrow ...

On my cosy commute (too cosy if you ask me...) I opened my book to read on the train...I'm not sure what people would have thought of me if glancing over my shoulder to see that the chapter I was starting was called "Murder is easy"
