I`m getting rid of my beard today. Not trying to grow one, just too lazy to shave everyday.
In Japan I stand out even more as everyone is clean shaven. Oh and I always wondered if I was adopted as neither my dad or my two brothers could grow a beard or just a little stubble.

Doing exactly the same at the moment, though I'll no doubt get bored of it very quickly.

Weather said either rain or snow, so could be either way when I wake up tomorrow. Got to try and get in to Exeter tomorrow if I can though.

Just returned from a Christmas visit to the in-laws in Sheffield...1 hour up and then down the M1. No snow for 58 miles and very little 'frost or snow' if any in Sheffield or for the entire journey for that matter. Makes a mockery of the national news comment that "the UK is in total grid-lock" :¬) Seems to be a total north-south divide with a clear bit in the middle!
On an aside, why have 'ads' started to appear in the right column in the Review Forum?

We've had no more, but there's still inches of the stuff.

I actually hate the fact that we've had the worst snow on my first day off. Where was this last week when I was set my holiday work :

Seems as though it's reversed from last week. Before the snow arrived in the North, then it went to the South when all of a sudden the media took attention to it. At the moment (in Yorkshire) we have more ice than snow, but it's meant to get worse over the weekend.
