Recieved the first proof copy of my novel in the mail. It's almost perfect except for a slight cropping on the front cover. Ordered another. But anyway, the news is, in about one week from now, my book will be on sale! (got the ISBN as well today)

Thanks for the support. Got an operation date now, 19th April, but during school holidays and was going to go over to Spain as my father-in-law is very ill with cancer. Life certainly throws up some problems.
Might have to cancel summer holidays and get the kids some extra time off school by the looks of it. Summer at home this year, then.

As for diet, I personally seem to be lucky. I'm on a "see-food" diet yet don't seem to put on any weight at all. Guess it's because I am fairly active and walk/travel a hell of a lot.

My diet is pretty appalling TBH,it's been my New Years resolution for about the last 5 years or so to sort it out.
