Even the pleasures of running around and knifing people weren't enough to sway me. Modern Warfare 2 was all about killstreaks, and I fear Black Ops will have been the same. I personally don't see it as an FPS, seeing as most kills seem to be achieved via helicopter or plane now. Nope, Battlefield 3 will be the one for me. Battlefield has vehicles in all the time, so it's fair for everyone. You genuinely need skill to play it, rather than be an absolute nerd and unlock killstreaks.

Black Ops felt like a complete waste of money and time, I ended up pretty much forcing myself to complete it to try and justify buying it

My friend felt the same way so me and him set ourselves the challenge of getting 30,000 points or whatever it was between us in 15 minutes using only knives. Now that was fun. There really was something very satisfying about stabbing everyone

Battlefield is where my love is though. Wait, wasn't that a song?

I really hope Call of Duty goes the same way as Guitar Hero.

Don't actually own Black Ops. Couldn't bring myself to buy it. Modern Warfare 2 was just awful. I'll pass on Modern Warfare 3 aswell thanks. Got BF:BC2 off a friend, and I have to say, that's far more enjoyable.

Garin plays RPG as well you know. I don't :¬) I'm playing MoH MP at the moment ... in the last stages of the 'last class', all other classes 'maxed' score and where were you? Alright it's not on Steam but through EA, but you could have joined in ... you must have access through BF :¬)

Think the DLC for BOps got 45% except the zombie map :¬)

Like all 'game themes' CoD/MW etc etc are becoming worn out but what else at present....."Return of the Ash Cloud"

The trailer did nothing for me. Sure, it looks like it could be fun, but it's the same old COD we've seen a hundred times. It's getting old!
