go to university when you are only 16? I have been doing the maths and it turns out I'll be 16 years old when I get my Highers back next year and if I get all the highers I need there are a few courses at university I really want to do. However when I send away my application forms I'll be 15 still and I'll only just have turned 16 when I get them back (Birthday in November). I don't see the need in staying on at Highschool if I have all the highers I need but I don't know if they'd even accpet me since I'm so young. Is anyone in the same position or have been in that position?

Anyway, most Unis only take you if you are 17+, and a 16 year old going to Uni with many 18+ year olds, you're gonna get left out...
Think of the social side, if you were a group of 18 year olds would you want a 16 year old hanging around with you?
Just stay and do your A Levels, it's an extra qualification at the end of the day...

Well, I can get into 18 Movies but I have never been sold booze before. I'll have to think it over...I may just stay on until my final year just to get a couple more highers and basically just to lay back. I really want to take a gap year as well by going to like working abroad for a year or something. Ohwell it's ages until I have to make that decission.
To be honest, I'd wait a few more years. Although there's no problem with a 16 year old going and studying, you wouldn't be allowed a social life because of your age and you'd become a pale shadow of a creature like Gollum or something. Saying that though, I know nothing about you, if you've got enough stubble to get served etc..., but I'd wait.
That is one helluva position to be in
