Anyone being watching the news at the moment. About the possibility of the pilots being captured in Baghdad. The news shows Iraq soldiers shooting around the area near the edge of the river and setting fire to some fo the bushes.

Besides which, the US ignores the Geneva convention with repect to Guantanamo bay, nobody on the Security council has even objected to that, so I'm sure there are plenty of loopholes allowing Iraq to get away with various things.
They'll deny that they're prisoners of war, and they're not. You aren't a prisoner until you're captured, they're shooting and burning to catch them.
Not good news. Most will probably know of the Geneva convention that states how POW's should be treated.
So the way the Iraq troops shoot at and set fire to the reeds around the river isn't really complying to the convention if there were allied troops there.
These actions could lead to some drastic actions if it proves to be as the Iraq news states.

Yeah, just heard that American people say that *some* soldiers *ARE* missing.
