LOL yes I think I know what you mean. Ah Watership Down, another favourite of mine ^^ I'll get round to watching Pom Poko, yes I'm sure it's different from all the other Ghiblis as well. Raccoons beating up humans because they've taken over their land, right? :D

Well, yes, but they're not Raccoons (the dub makes that mistake), they're Tanuki. It features a load of Japanese spiritual belief as well, if you're up on your Japanese folklore and mystical beliefs then you'll spot quite a lot.

Kiki is ok. A few of the Ghibli movies are a bit too basic for me. Epescially Totoro which had no plot development at all.

Yeah, that film is pretty cool. Nausicaa is still my favourite though even though I don't own it. :(
