But it isn't just any particular web site. It's all Web Sites, all downloads, all send/receive of E-mail.
It doesn't outshine a dial-up connection by much to be honest.

Yes, that is because most websites have very crap servers, because they can't be bothered to pay more for a good one.

If you get the right software, such as dap, your downloads will go at 60 KB per sec. Also, a select few sites go at good speeds, mainly one like the offical nintendo one, EA,s ones, and amazons. (big company websites basicly)
