Ah.... so if i turn on FSAA and use it in 1024 with around 70 fps constant it would look great.... but also run fine.

the human eye is only able to notice 26 fps that is what the tv does, so over 100 fps would not be noticable, go for a cheaper one and buy a new cpu or faster ram.

True... if its constant then fine :p
I would like to see 100+ with my own eyes and i dont mean with my GTS looking at walls :p And then try and see the difference with 50-60 constant with FSAA not sure how it would feel.

I do stay around 100 constant without any FSAA etc. but there is not much noticable diff. so i stick with around 50-60 constant in 1280 with 4xfsaa and 4xanist.

I reach about that..... but a bit more with my GTS in UT i mean Tactical ops which uses the UT engine.
50-60 isnt bad if its constant but i think i would love to stay around 100 constant with everything high but with no FSAA.....

They lose performance but it isn't noticable, UT still runs at over 50fps which is pretty damn good, especially good considering I upgraded from a GF2 MX400 PCI, which was about 30-40 at best in 1024.

Well anything more than 1024 with FSAA and it'll looksmooth but... not as fast as normal without in the higher resolutions.
Looks like these cards havent quite reached high level's yet that they can handle FSAA and anistropy in higher resolutions with good framerates.
